SE 1656 is high functionality novolac epoxy acrylate oligomer with 50% TMPTA developed for UV/EB cure coating applications requiring excellent heat resistance, good hardness and good adhesion on metal properties.

Designer Molecules PEM-665 is a methacrylate terminated polyester oligomer that has low color and low cure shrinkage. The backbone of this product consists of a statistical distribution of low molecular weight polyester segments. A representative structure is shown above. The cycloaliphatic dibasic ester residues as well as the methacrylate end-groups resist hydrolysis. This oligomer has approximately 33% less cure shrinkage than BisGMA at 100% conversion. MPD Industries UVP 0600 99 is a difunctional Bisphenol A epoxy acrylate. This product is characterized by its light color and high reactivity.It is mainly contributed by the epoxy resin backbone consisting of Bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin reaction product. The two acrylic groups contribute the excellent UV and EB curing properties.

PHOTOMER® 6019 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane oligomer developed for UV/EB curable systems. This medium viscosity acrylate resin exhibits good adhesion to flexible plastics, metal and glass. It is Recommended as a primary oligomer for secondary coatings in optical fibers, fiber-optic sensors and light pipes. Excellent weatherability, scratch, scuff and mar resistance are characteristics of this oligomer.

PHOTOMER® 6892 is a proprietary low viscosity trifunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that can be used to formulate low viscosity systems while maintaining high oligomeric concentrations. PHOTOMER® 6892 imparts flexibility into UV/EB cured coatings and inks.

It has low skin irritancy and suitable for flow and leveling of UV/EB curable ink and coating.

Designer Molecules Peam-1044 is a polyester acrylate/methacrylate that exhibits excellent adhesion, low warpage, and hydrophobicity. The oligomer has very high thermal stability and low volatility. It can be used as a base resin in a formulation or an additive.

PHOTOMER® 6184 is a medium viscosity, nonvolatile, proprietary urethane acrylate oligomer blended with 20 % PHOTOMER® 4061 (TPGDA). This product exhibits good cure response and low odor. SP 283Nis a amino modified multi-functional polyester acrylate oligomer developed for UV/EB cure coating applications requiring high gloss, fast curing and low irritating properties.

PHOTOMER® 6210 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer with very low viscosity provides excellent light stability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility.
