DiTech Thickener is a synthetic, hydrophilic amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis.

HDK® N20 Nutrition is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica powder produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white, high-purity colloidal powder that serves as a flow improver for powders and a thickener for liquids. Furthermore, HDK® N20 Nutrition meets the specifications for E551 according to Regulation (EU) 231/2012. It also complies with the requirements for INS 551 according to the current FCC (Food Chemicals Codex) and JECFA (Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives) monographs.

SIPERNAT® 45 S is a carrier silica with high absorbency that finds typical applications in rubber and plastic additives, plant protection formulations, and feed additives. Its benefits include improved flow properties in fine particle applications, faster production rates, and increased capacity.

Exal is a technological feed additive with high water and moisture retention capacity that makes a durable pellet and gives a uniform moisture distribution in the feed. It is recommended for all ages and animals. It is a pellet binder feed additive used to improve pellet quality and productivity in the feed mill.

Exal H is a feed additive with high water retention capacity, which facilitates the free flow of premixtures and allows the addition of fat, molasses, and liquid additives. EXAL H prevents caking and promotes the uniformity of the premixtures. Recommended for all ages and animals.

Blachford Calcium Stearate L-155V is a metallic stearate powder formed from a fusion reaction (calcium hydroxide + fatty acid), suitable for use in animal feed applications and are SFSF and FSMA compliant (pending 2021). The L-155V grade is manufactured using a vegetable derived stearic acid.

The 325 grade is manufactured using tallow-derived stearic acid and is ground to a finer particle size than L-155.

Silverline 002 is an off-white, high-purity, platy talc that is used in different applications. In plastics, Silverline 002 is used in wood plastic composites (WPC), where it has been found to increase stiffness, reduce water absorption, increase heat distortion temperature, improve dimensional stability, and reduce creep in polyolefin and PVC-based wood plastic composites. In feedstuffs and fertilizers, Silverline 002 is a superior anti-caking/flow control that improves handling characteristics. In agricultural and seed applications, Silverline 002 is an effective carrier and coater. Silverline 002 is approved for use in animal feeds by the Association of American Feed Control Officials under Reference IFN 8-16-378.

AL 40 is a partially hydrolyzed mixture of monomers, dimers, trimers and cyclic polysiloxanes which contains 40% silicon dioxide.

AL PS-35, a precipitated, non-crystalline, amorphous silica, is an excellent silica for improving mechanical properties of rubber and elastomers. Also, due to its high level of absorption, it can be used as a carrier for liquid additives in applications such as animal feed.
