Esschem MMA - Styrene Bead Copolymers are a versatile range of copolymers combining methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene. These bead copolymers offer a wide array of properties and applications. With increased MMA content, the resulting materials exhibit remarkable strength and transparency. Conversely, a higher proportion of styrene enhances hydrophobicity, hardness, and impact resistance. The molecular weight plays a crucial role in determining the characteristics of the copolymers. Higher molecular weights, often associated with increased styrene content, yield stronger and more heat-resistant materials. Esschem's ability to manipulate the molecular weight distribution allows for customized properties such as durability, elasticity, and processing ease. Additionally, the particle size of the copolymers influences surface properties and rigidity.

ULTRALUBE® GA 9300 is ammonia saponified styrene copolymer resin used to improve the surface. It is available as Styrene copolymer resin.

CS series™ XPF0100S is a cross-linked polystyrene in highly spherical fine powder form. These cross-linked polystyrene particle materials exhibit high clarity, hardness, heat resistance and dimensional stability. CS Series™ cross-linked polystyrene materials are manufactured using TWO H Chem Ltd. Proprietary process technology.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim ABS Plastic 0445Е is an extruded grade of general purpose with a good rigidity-hardness balance. It is used for production of sheets with high quality surface (co-extruded or not and with high extrusion ratio), applicable for refrigerators, sanitary, packaging, automobile parts, consumer goods and furniture (profiles). It is produced self-colored only, free of additives and dye.

Dolomite RF 240# is a double carbonate of Magnesium and Calcium (CaCO3. MgCO3) Theoretically, it contains 21.7 MgO and 30.4 % CaCO3 and the remaining being CO2. How ever in nature much variation takes place in the composition. It is sedimentary origin and is supposed to have been formed due to alteration of Calcium Carbonate sediments or rocks, by seawater rich in magnesia.

SAYTEX® HP-3010 flame retardant is a highly effective brominated polystyrene product with exceptional flow properties in engineering thermoplastics and excellent resistance to yellowing at high temperatures. Customers report significant improvements in compounding speed and molding throughput when using this product, as well as improved dimensional stability and elongation resistance in molded parts. Like other brominated polystyrenes, SAYTEX HP-3010 flame retardant is non-blooming.It is insoluble in water and presents no bioaccumulation or dioxin/furan concerns.
