MultiTech Release Agent is a surface property modifier, which now-a-days finds extensive use by Plastics Processor, to reduce and control the static charges developed on the surface of plastic parts having large surfaces like film, fibers etc as spark discharge formed by static charges can produce serious accidents. Plastics, particularly sensitive to static build up Polyolefins, Nylon, Polyesters, Urethanes, Cellulosics, Acrylics etc. Antistatic Masterbatch-PT3002 is based on Ethoxy Amine, using LLDPE as a carrier resin, compounded in most modern extrusion equipment, using state of art technology.

MultiTech Lubricant A is a water-insoluble soap of commercial stearic acid.

CHT Group EM 1463 FG is CHT’s premier 35% active food-grade emulsion that can be diluted to 1% active. It has small particle size and is the best de-nester with extreme dilution. It can be used in continuous process plastic molding as an antistatic for food-grade packaging and for de-nesting of plastics used in thermoforming.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0205-14 EA is a base polymer consisting of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. It has special features including a slip agent, migration towards surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for use in polyethylene low density, polyethylene linear low density, polyethylene high density, ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, polypropylene, and polypropylene copolymer.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0207-14 OA is a base polymer of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has special features of slip agent, migration towards the surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-40°C, as well as extrusion dependent on the application and operational area. It is recommended for use in the food processing industry, household goods, packaging, and other injection molded, extruded, and blow molded parts.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 contains reactive sites which create hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as coupling agent between polymer and filler. It acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in highly filled plastics compounds, leading to a more homogeneous initial mix. At processing conditions, ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 is an effective lubricant for polyolefins like PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems. Applications recommended for ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 include highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates. In addition, it can be used in unfilled elastomers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired. In many cases, better surface appearance and more uniform mold shrinkage can be observed.

NORAC® EL-15 is an ester used as a highly compatible internal lubricant with good release and flow properties for rigid and semi-rigid PVC transparent applications. It works well in PVC water bottles where low blush is desired.
