TPP is a non‐halogen flame retardant plasticizer for phenolic resin‐based, copper clad laminate, cellulose resin, vinyl resin and rubber, and some engineering plastics such as PPO.

It goes well on very thin thickness, it has good light stability and high mechanical performance.

XINOMER® PP HFFR 1408 is a flame retardant booster system that increases the flame-retardant effect in halogen free, flame retardant, thermoplastic compounds even at low addition levels. The HFFR products are available with various base resins for both injection molding and extrusion applications.

Shouguang Derun Chemistry PP halogen-free flame retardant is an intumescent halogen-free Flame Retardant. It is made with the P-N flame retardant. The application is for polypropylene and polyolefin. It is through gas source, charring, dilution, shielded the oxygen to achieve retardant effect. It can up to UL94-V0 (1.6mm),5VA and pass 850℃ hot glow-wire test. TBP is a 2,4,6‐Tribromophenol that is is reactive and additive with good thermal stability. It was mainly used in epoxy resin and polyurethane etc.

FR MB02(SV 91A002 FR) FR MB are used in batteries, plug tops, welding cables, sockets, automotive components, electrical insulation, connectors and FR films.

APP‐205 is a non‐halogenated flame retardant based on APP‐201 which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus / nitrogen synergism. When incorporated into thermoplastics, it exhibits high processing stability. APP‐205 differs in its mode of action from chlorineor bromine‐containing flame retardants by achieving its effect through intumescence. The thermoplastic material foams on exposure to flame. The carbon foam layer so formed protects the polymer through its heat‐insulating effect, reduces fur‐ther oxygen access and prevents dripping of the thermoplastic. APP‐205 may be used in poly‐propylene, PP‐copolymers and PP‐blends.

Silma AE1153 is highly concentrated brominated and sinergystic masterbatch suitable for poliolefine, able to comply class V0 - UL94 with 1,6 mm tickenss. Is suitable for extrusion, injection molded process, but also for higher 20 micron film tickness.

Silma AP1731 is Halogen Free masterbatch for Polypropilene 30% talc or calcium carbonate to comply UL94 Class V0. It’s according to Regulation IEC61249-2-21 until 35%, Antimony free, could be used in extrusion or injection molding.

TCP is an additive flame retardant plasticizer used in flexible polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in excellent hydrolysis stability, good electric insulation performance, superior mildew resistance and abrasion resistance. It can be recommended as flame retardant for synthetic rubber, PVC, polyester, polyolefin, and plasticizer or flame retardant plasticizer for vinyl resin, nitrocellulose, butyl rubber and chloroprene rubber.

AA1303-M is Masterbatch with a very high concentration of nitrogenous substances (halogen-free) and related synergists, specific for PA6, PA66, for extrusion of tubes, films, fibers and more as well as for injection molding. Suitable for obtaining class V0 - UL94.

Silma AY1483 is highly filled masterbatch of Not halogenated organic based flame retardants, suitable for foamed sheet polistyrene extrusion, also on injection molding process, able to comply with V2 - UL94. Can be used with color and light stabilizers.

FR‐504L is a chlorinated phosphate flame retardant which can be used in flexible polyurethane foams, and its superiority is demonstrated in low fogging and low scorch. It can readily be used to meet the standards such as California TB 117,FMVSS 302, UL 94 HF‐1, BS 5852, DIN 75200, CSE RF4 Class 1.

Hangzhou JLS Flame Retardants Chemical JLS-MB22B is a halogen free flame retardant masterbatch for thermoplastic composites.

It can be formulated over a wide range of compositions to provide a broader selection of resin properties than those available with anhydride flame retardant.
