Metabond is a new class of decorative coating originating from a polyester backbone which is blended with a high quality durable cross-linker. This blend of high tech formulating combines with the best in available raw materials to yield MBI series, the coating with excellent weatherability, chemical resistance, gloss, abrasion resistance and ease of printing.

Master Touch 9810 Series is a heavy duty modified aluminum alkyd enamel that provides a very tough and durable high performance satin finish to protect surfaces from rust and corrosion. Can be use on a variety of interior and exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. This product is single component, but can be cross-linked with our 8000 Polyurethane Converter when stringent specs require extra gloss, color retention, and corrosion resistance.

Loxon, the “work horse” of the appliance industry, is a blend of high-tech polymers specifically synthesized and produced for metal decorating applications. Loxon has been developed to meet new appliance specifications. It has superior resistance to laundry group detergents and new generation spot removers. Loxon has passed virtually all other chemical resistance tests called for in the appliance industry.

NANOMYTE® TC-4001 is a single component formulation designed to protect metals from degrading, preserving their structural integrity and appearance. The hard, dense, and smooth coating is a nanostructured composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases. It resists scratching and chipping, and adheres strongly to bare, pretreated, or painted metal surfaces, thus providing a durable barrier to liquids and gasses. The coating is easily applied by immersion, spraying or brushing, in thicknesses ranging from microns to mils.

Autobond For Coilcoat ATB/C is a class of very high solids polymers that, when baked, yields a very tough, weatherable ink film that can be screen printed or roll coated. When pigmented, the mixture will contain smaller amounts of solvent in certain colors, thereby drastically reducing the VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). This blend of high-tech formulating combined with the best in available raw materials creates “Autobond.”

Delta® AntiCor DTS 2K - SG 40 is a type 2K polyurethane paint based on acrylic / containing solvents.

Calico Coatings CT-606 is a PFA gray non-stick coating that offers high temperature resistance, excellent release and abrasion resistance. This coating is designed for industrial/medical processing, chemical handling, and commercial cookware applications.

Calico® D-2 is a nanocomposite structure. This is accomplished by embedding nanocrystalline AlCrN grains into an amorphous matrix. This advanced nanocomposite technology has allowed the formation of a higher nanohardness coating with greater thermal stability than any conventional coating. Typically used in extreme environments and metal-on-metal wear. Calico D-2 is normally applied to steels and hardened steels materials where high wear resistance is needed. It can be stripped and recoated.

XP 61 is an advanced high emissivity, thin film, spray applied ceramic coating specifically formulated to provide protection of both carbon and stainless-steel boiler tubing.

Alumazite ZY-138 is an aluminum filled corrosion inhibitive coating designed to prevent galvanic corrosion. It does not contain any chrome pigments. Alumazite ZY-138 has excellent adhesion to all metals and eliminates the commonly acknowledged dangers of hydrogen embrittlement, or diffusion stress cracking, as related to cadmium plating processes. Alumazite ZY-138 meets the requirements of NAS 4006, MIL-C-85614 and BMS 10-85.

MAR COPPER PRO NCN 35 Pyrophosphate Copper solution can be used in place of cyanide or acid copper in a wide variety of functional and decorative applications. These include electroforming, printed circuit boards and plating on properly prepared metals. These include steel, zinc-based die-castings and aluminum. It can also be used as a selective stop-off for heat treating.

Calico Coatings Titanium Carbo-Nitride has the highest lubricity of all the TiN coatings, making it an excellent choice as a dry film lubricant where improved hardness and wear resistance beyond standard Calico TiN is needed. TiCN is normally applied to steels, hardened steel, and stainless steel materials. TiCN is an excellent coating when working against bronze, brass and plastic, therefore, it is a good choice for stamping, punching, and forming. It can be stripped and recoated.

Wilko Paint Primer Fast Dry Gray Wilko No. 102.05 is a self-etching, fast dry, and lift-resistant primer that has excellent adhesion to steel surfaces. It is a pre-treatment type primer with tenacious adhesion too difficult to adhere to substrates.

Akron Coating and Adhesives ACA-10-413 is a water-borne heat resistant electrically resistant coating designed for application to stainless steel and other metals. ACA 10-413 should be evaluated where electrical insulation is required on metal foil and where considerable heat resistance is also required. Apply 0.3 to 0.5 mils of coating onto the metal foil in order to enjoy a pinhole free coating. If pinholes do appear, it may be necessary to apply a second thin coating to fill the pinholes.

Polyglass Coatings EP-521 Primer is a high solid, two-component, epoxy primer. It provides excellent corrosion and superior impact resistance.

Polyglass Coatings EP-521 Low VOC Primer is a high-solids, two component, low VOC epoxy primer. It provides excellent corrosion resistance combined with superior impact resistance.

ELASTASEAL Gallons 2100EG-2 is a 100% solids, high grade, elastomeric epoxy system designed for applications requiring high elongation in moderate environments. ELASTASEAL Gallons 2100EG-2 is able to handle moisture, adjust from freeze to thaw, manage temperature changes and perform in mildly acidic and alkaline environments. ELASTASEAL Gallons 2100EG-2 provides excellent protection for cooling towers, areas of heavy vibration, expansion joints, cracks in concrete, heaving soils and surfaces that expand and contract. The UV stability of ELASTASEAL Gallons 2100EG-2 ensures many years of quality service.

Akron Coating and Adhesives ACA-10-414 is Flexible non-conductive coating for metals. A water based flexible non-conductive coating for spray application to electronic parts, and for gravure coating onto metals as insulation of parts in electronic assemblies.

CERTESS® NITRO T is an aluminum doped titanium nitride coating to increase maximum operating temperature with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

Performance Polymers IPS 100 is a single component, ambient curing, inorganic polysiloxane finish. High performance novel technology which is solvent free (100% solids) coating. Fully inorganic chemistry provides outstanding resistance to UV degradation & tough environmental conditions. IPS 100 is formulated to provide color finishes which are superior performing in gloss & color retention resulting in high levels of resistance to severe weather conditions without degradation.

CERTESS® NITRO SD is a boron doped titanium nitride coating to increase hardness and maximum operating temperature with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

CERTESS® NITRO TC is a carbon doped titanium nitride coating to decrease friction with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

HP-105 is a 2 component coating system having antimicrobial properties. This product is odorless and non-flammable. Primer is not required and is slip resistant certified.

Monopole Industrial Steel is a direct-to-metal coating developed for the shipping and storage container industry. Monopole Industrial Steel displays resistance to corrosion and harsh environmental conditions, impact, abrasions, humidity and UV exposure. It dries hard and very fast for a quick return to service. It can be applied in one coat over properly prepared or primed substrates; some darker colors may require a second coat.

HP-300 Matte/Satin is a 2 component coating system having antimicrobial properties. This product is odorless and non-flammable. Primer is not required and is slip resistant certified.

Efficiency is accomplished by increasing thermal transfer through the process tubing.

Calico Coatings CT-41 is a Black non-stick PTFE coating with a polyamide-imide binder used on metallic substrates to reduce sticking tendency and also provide a tough, durable film for dry lubrication and good abrasion resistance.

Hardide-T is a tough, ductile, and impact resistant coating designed for use in abrasive and erosive environments.

Thermaguard™ SAL 600 is a high temperature resistant siloxane aluminum, single component, ambient curing, coating which is designed to provide corrosion protection throughout a range of temperatures from -196 to 600oC. Formulated coating to provide corrosion protection to steel equipment which is exterior exposed and operating at elevated or cryogenic temperatures. Designed to withstand thermal cycling throughout its operating range while maintaining corrosion protection to steel substrates.

SILVERSHIELD 5000X is a high grade, two part epoxy with anti corrosion resistance fillers designed for long term protection against rust and corrosion. SILVERSHIELD 5000X contains silver flake which assures a metallic silver finish even in direct sunlight. SILVERSHIELD 5000X can be applied over manually prepared surfaces to provide a primer or a top coat for corroded areas where blasting is not an option. SILVERSHIELD 5000X is easy to apply by brush, roller or sprayer to achieve a 4 to 10 mils. dry film thickness. SILVERSHIELD 5000X covers 266 square feet at 6 mils. For large surface areas SILVERSHIELD can be sprayed with a 30:1 airless or higher. You can consider SILVERSHIELD 5000X an outdoor epoxy paint which is much stronger than paints, but able to withstand UV rays without yellowing.
