NACURE® 5225 is an amine neutralized Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) catalyst. Advantages over blocked p-TSA catalysts are viscosity stability and solubility.

SETALUX® 1202 SS-70, featuring 3.0% OH (calculated on non-volatiles), is an acrylic polyol renowned for its efficient characteristics. This versatile resin caters to solventborne coating, 1K, 2K, solventless and high-solids coating, and top coat applications. Key features include fast drying, good hardness, good outdoor durability, good gloss and build, good solvent resistance, good chemical resistance, and good mechanical properties. SETALUX® 1202 SS-70, with its high solids content, is particularly suitable for airless or air mix spray applications, offering a comprehensive solution for coatings requiring a balance of efficiency, durability, and performance.

KaMin® 90 is a high brightness, fine particle size, general-purpose filler with moderate water demand. KaMin® 90 is ideally suited for solvent and water-borne paint, ink and adhesive applications where high gloss, holdout and controlled rheology are important.

NACURE® 2530 is an amine neutralized p-Toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) catalyst. It is similar to NACURE® 2500, except supplied at a lower pH. This allows for faster cure and reduces the potential of wrinkling from volatile amines, particularly at cure temperatures of 121°C (250°F) or higher.

SYNTRAN® AC 5917 is a surfactant-free, multiphase, self-crosslinking acrylic polymer. It has a very fine particle size and is clear in the can, in wet paint and the polymer film exhibits an excellent transparency even at high film thicknesses (400-500 μm wet film). SYNTRAN® AC 5917 is suitable for outdoor and indoor coatings with extremely low water absorption. It shows low-foaming and is easy to formulate. NACURE® 5528 is an amine blocked Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) catalyst. NACURE® 5528 provides improved solubility in oxygenated solvents when compared to NACURE® 5225.

Cimbar XF is a high purity, natural barium sulfate. Cimbar XF is recommended for use in coatings, especially automotive and industrial primes and topcoats. Additionally, Cimbar XF is often used in high gloss enamels, powder coatings and semi-gloss and gloss latices.Cimbar XF can be used as a filler in polyurethane foams, plastics and plastisols, friction materials, rubbers, adhesives and acoustical compounds and other insulating materials. SDA-EAGLE(SX35-46/60)60% is a short dry alkyd resin with medium viscosity, very fast drying time and very good hardness.

Aromatic Polyurethane Topcoat DMF-Free & TOL-Free

LumiSet™ LSR-241 is a hydrophobic urethane methacrylate resin designed for use in top coat applications for hybrid and long-wear nail lacquers. Synthesized using building blocks from nail gel chemistries, LSR-241 is a solvent-borne film-forming resin that can offer nail lacquer formulators the benefits of impact resistance, gloss, and durability from nail gels while also achieving a tack-free finish without the need for UV or LED lamps. The combination of toughness, gloss, and hydrophobicity offers formulators an alternative to reachable plasticizers or potentially toxic gloss enhancers. Top coats formulated with LSR-241 should be paired with an adhesion-promoting base coat or base/color coat combo to ensure proper adhesion to the nail bed. LSR-241 is INCI registered and can be formulated to cure with sunlight exposure using appropriate INCI-registered photoinitiators.

It is a self- emulsifying dispersion that offers good chemical resistance, high gloss and excellent weatherability and films easily at relatively low temperatures. Formulations based on SYNTRAN® PU 1102 for various applications are available on request. NACURE® 5076 is a strong acid catalyst based on Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) supplied at 70% active in Isopropanol.
