Foamaster® MO 2107 ED is a 100% active liquid defoamer designed for water-based paints. It is a blend of low-aromatic mineral oil and hydrophobized silica (siliconized), presented as an opaque, grayish liquid. This defoamer is notably robust and persistent when used with water-based paints formulated from vinyl acetate, acrylic, and vinyl acrylic dispersions. It is particularly recommended for situations where high concentrations of surfactants are present, such as in deep-tone finishes.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. FMSIL® R 812 is HDMS treated hydrophobic fumed silica, which acts as a rheology control additive in paint formulations.

FMSIL® R 202 is a PDMS treated hydrophobic fumed silica, which provides excellent thickening properties in paint formulations.

PPG LO-VEL® 2010 flatting agent is a synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide, wax-treated flatting agent with performance similar to silica gels in coating formulations.

PPG LO-VEL® HSF flatting agent is a synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide designed to reduce the gloss of high-solids, low volatile organic compounds (VOC) coatings.

Nordkalk W635 is characterized by different particle sizes and low, medium or high aspect ratio (L/D). In addition, wollastonite products are available surface treated, e.g. in plastics to enhance dispersion in polymer resin. Due to its unique chemical composition, particle structure and high brightness, wollastonite offers many advantages for glazing and body formulations in ceramic applications. INHIBISPHERES® B is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® B is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® B is metal-free. INHIBISPHERES® B release quickly to prevent corrosion in the scribe (1000 hours).

INHIBISPHERES® A is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® A is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® A is metal-free. INHIBISPHERES® A is added at different levels extend the duration of corrosion protection in the coating.
