BONDiT™ B-482 is a two-part, state-of-the-art 100% solids, room-temperature curing flexible epoxy resin system. Altivia Methyl Isobutyl Carbinol (MIBC) is a stable, colorless liquid with a mild alcoholic odor. It is slightly soluble in water and miscible with most organic solvents. MIBC is commonly used by the coatings industry as a latent solvent to adjust cure rates and to reduce viscosity. It is also used as a solvent for dyes and stains, nitrocellulose and ethylcellulose lacquers, ester gums, natural resins, phenolics, and waxes. Hydrochloric acid is supplied to the market at a concentration of 33% to 35.5%.
