XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

117-23(S) is a medical grade, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by stamping, screen printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some uses for 117-23(S) include, but are not limited to, EKG and Tens electrode applications, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and membrane switches. 117-23(S) is a chemically resistant version of 117-23.Features Increased solvent resistant version of 117-23

125-21 is a silver/silver chloride, one component, chemically resistant, medical electrode epoxy ink and coating suitable for application by screen-printing. This product features excellent adhesion to polyimide, polyester, polycarbonate, glass, and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and acetone as well as many other chemistries. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Some applications for 125-21 include, but are not limited to, polymer thick film circuitry, trans-dermal drug delivery, ECG and EKG electrodes, defibrillator pads, tens electrodes and muscle stimulator electrodes. 125-21 is formulated to be screen-printed but can also be syringe dispensed, dipped and sprayed. Halar ®(ECTFE) is a melt-processable fluoropolymer from Allied Corporation, Halar E-CTFE is the result of a 1:1 alternating copolymer of ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethytene. Halar E-CTFE is a tough material with excellent impact strength and abrasion resistance, with excellent chemical resistance, and a broad use temperature range ranging from cryogenic to 320°F.

FluoroCoat MH, S and U-series thixotropic inks are screen printable coatings used in manufacturing hydrophobic and super-hydrophobic diagnostic microscopy slides, microarray plates and microfluidic devices. The MH-series inks are PTFE-based, heat-curable, super-hydrophobic and solvent resistant. The S-series inks are smooth and hydrophobic. KF Polymer (PVDF) is a crystalline fluorocarbon resin with a high molecular weight polymer of vinylidene fluoride that contains 59 percent fluorine by weight. PVDF, as a coating, provides an excellent corrosion barrier in temperatures ranging from -4°F to + 280°F. It is extremely tough, abrasion resistant, and easily machined.

Akron Coating and Adhesives ACA-20-649 is a pressure sensitive adhesive composed primarily of synthetic polymers and avoids natural rubber latex. The polymer is crosslinked to enhance chemical and heat resistance. Heat and perspiration do not affect its high tack and shear resistance. A 1 mil dry adhesive film is recommended as a starting point for testing. Rough topography such as fabrics may require greater adhesive thickness.
