Cola®Teric 2-COSF is a caprylic imidazoline derived amphoteric surfactant that provides excellent wetting, detergency, rinsibility, and effective hydrotroping properties in a wide range of electrolyte systems. This low to moderate foaming amphoteric is ideally suited for use in household and industrial cleaners, alkaline degreasers, transportation cleaners, and textile/carpet care formulations.

Cola®Teric LFM is a low foaming amphoteric surfactant that provides outstanding wetting properties in alkaline detergent formulations and effectively solubilizes conventional ethoxylated nonionics into a wide range of electrolyte systems. Additionally, ColaTeric LFM contributes to detergency and rinsibility. It is ideal for use in wax strippers, heavy-duty degreasers, and CIP cleaners.

Cola®Mulse C-356 and Cola®Mulse D-356 are effective emulsifiers for aromatic solvents, kerosene, and mineral spirits. They provide excellent wetting, detergency, and rinsing properties to solvent-based cleaners. These products are ideally suited for use in paint strippers, heavy-duty degreasers, and oil rig cleaners.

Cola®Liquid DT is a non-ionic 1:1 diisopropanolamine (DIPA) amide of tall oil fatty acids. Colonial Chemical’s Cola®Liquid products consist of completely liquid, consumer acceptable non-DEA amides that perform like traditional alkanolamide surfactants. Cola®Liquid DT provides viscosity building and foam stabilizing properties. The product is liquid and very mild to eyes and skin. Cola®Liquid DT can be used as a substitute for 1:1 DEA amides in any application where traditional alkanolamide surfactants have been used. Cola®Liquid DT is effective in a wide variety of industrial products.

Cola®Teric BW is a low foam alkyl betaine effective in cleaning metals and stain prevention. The composition is free of silicates and suitable for soft metals such as copper, aluminum, or brass. Cola®Teric BW is used in producing highly built cleaners with good detergency and high cloud points.

Cola®Mid 3458 is a linoleic diethanolamide (INCI Designation: Linoleamide DEA) designed to provide excellent foam stabilization, viscosity building, conditioning, and emulsification properties in shampoos, skin cleansers, and other personal care products. For industrial applications, it is an effective thickener and emulsifier for a variety of oils and is useful in the development of micro-emulsion detergent and solvent-based cleaners.

Cola®Teric MSC is a low foaming, biodegradable, amphoteric surfactant with excellent detergency, designed for use in either low or high temperature alkaline and acid cleaners. While some foaming occurs in both alkaline and acid cleaners when used in spray tanks, it is fast breaking and does not accumulate. This property can also prove advantageous when formulating "scrub-vac" cleaners such as those used on indoor-outdoor carpeting or hard surfaces. Cola®Teric MSC is an anhydrous, 100% active, liquid material that is ideally suited for use in dry products containing high percentages of caustic, such as heavy duty all-purpose industrial cleaners. In contrast to low foaming nonionic surfactants, Cola®Teric MSC exhibits low foaming properties even at low temperatures while still maintaining good detergent properties. In addition, it has been determined that up to equal parts of nonionics can be combined with ColaTeric MSC without losing these foaming properties. While ColaTeric MSC can be incorporated directly into aqueous alkaline systems, it neutralizes slowly and may take hours to achieve pH equilibrium. Cola®Teric MSC is readily soluble in aqueous acid systems.

Cola®Mulse CA-15 is a multifunctional amine alkoxylate used as an emulsifi er and lubricant in metalworking formulations. Cola®Mulse CA-15 may also used in textile applications for antistatic properties. The polyoxyethylated fatty amines are mildly cationic surfactants that become more nonionic in nature with increasing ethylene oxide content. Cola®Mulse CA-15 is substantive to metals, glass, textiles, plastics, and clays.

Cola®Mine 1281 is a unique 2:1 modified alkanolamide. This product is finding wide use in industrial hard surface cleaners, such as strippers and degreasers. ColaMine 1281 is biodegradable and is well suited for formulating "Green Cleaners".

Cola®Dol 900 is high-performance, environmentally-friendly nonionic surfactants designed specifically for ease of re-formulation when replacing nonyl phenol ethoxylates.

Cola® Det DEF-45 is a DEA-free citrus oil emulsifier designed to yield micro-emulsions of non-polar solvents. A wide range of hard surface cleaners, waterless hand cleaners, and degreasers can be formulated with this product. It is most effective in blends containing d-limonene, terpenes, naphthenic pine oils and Exxate type solvents. Appropriate blends of these oils can produce highly synergistic cleaners.

Cola®Dol 902 is a multifunctional non-ionic surfactant and provides better degreasing and cleaning than NPE surfactants or other NPE-alternatives. Cola®Dol 902 is formulated to be highly compatible with other surfactants and solvents, and highly effective in use, providing excellent cleaning and degreasing at reduced concentrations.

Cola®Mulse CS205 is a non-ionic emulsifier designed to enhance water sheeting and aid drying in rinse aid formulations. Cola®Mulse CS205 may be used as a co-emulsifier with Cola®Mulse CS300.

Cola®Quat C15 is a naturally-derived ethoxylated quaternary amine at nearly 100% active. When used with other surfactants - especially nonionic surfactants - Cola®Quat C15 will greatly boost degreasing and cleaning performance. It will also help stabilize foam and improve streak-free rinsing. The ethosulfate quats will help reduce the corrosivity found with chloride quats. Cola®Quat C15 may not be compatible with anionic surfactants at high concentrations.

Cola®Teric ZF-50 is an extremely versatile, non-foaming amphoteric surfactant that provides excellent hydrotroping properties over a wide range of electrolyte concentrations. It effectively couples conventional and capped low foaming nonionics into heavy duty built alkaline cleaner formulations. Cola®Teric ZF-50 can be used in mixed anionic/nonionic systems to control the Krafft point and cloud point.
