deconex® 16 NT is a liquid, neutral concentrate for the selfcleaning of sensitive parts of metal and metal alloys (including aluminum and zinc), however, is conditionally suitable for acrylic glass. deconex® 16 NT has been specially developed for use in the industrial field, where it comes to the most gentle treatment of the cleaning goods. deconex® 16 NT, thanks to special organic compounds, already brings its cleansing properties to full effect in the neutral range. deconex® 16 NT removes easily adhering contaminants both organic and inorganic in nature.

ALKONAT® CE product line is the reaction products of cetearyl alcohol of natural, vegetable origin with ethylene oxide (EO). By varying the degree of ethoxylation and the starting alcohol, products with a wide range of HLB values (Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance) are obtained. With a wide choice of surfactant, chemical and physical properties to choose from, it is possible to tailor a formulation to meet specific application requirements and performance targets.

Sodium lauryl ether (2)sulfate 70%

The ALKEST® CSO product line is composed of surfactants resulting from the reaction of castor oil with ethylene oxide (EO). Depending on the number of ethylene oxide units (degree of ethoxylation), products with various values of HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) are obtained,allowing these products to be used in a wide range of applications.

ALKEST® CSO 400 has excellent emulsifying and solubilizing properties, especially useful for fragrance solubilization in transparent shampoos and alcohol-free colognes. ALKEST® CSO 400 is a concentrated product with high content of actives and preservative free.

Union Chemicals Factory SLES (70%) is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance. It has good cleaning, emulsifying, wetting and foaming properties. It easily dissolves in water, compatible with many surfactants, and stable in hard water. It is biodegradable with low irritation to skin and eye. SLES 70% (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate) has excellent detergency, emulsification, and foam ability. It is also favorable towards hard-water resistant and decontamination, emulsification, dispersion, wetting, solubilizing performance and foaming property. Good solvency, thickening effect, wide compatibility, anti-hard water and high biodegradable ability. Low irritation to skin and eyes.

Sodium lauryl sulfate 30%

deconex® FPD 122 is used in brush and spray cleaning of uncoated substrates (sodalime, borosilicate, quartz) as well as of coated substrates (eg ITO, aluminum, chromium, copper, nickel, etc.). It is mild alkaline, phosphate-free brush spray sprayer with extremely high material compatibility for use in brush and spray modules of horizontal in-line cleaning systems.

AKYPO® FOAM RL 40 is a crypto-anionic surfactant - sodium laureth-5 carboxylate. Mild foam-booster for personal care products, it produces a rapid foam and improves the foam behavior of cleansing products when used as co-surfactant.

The ALKEST® CSO 400H is composed of surfactants resulting from the reaction of castor oil with ethylene oxide (EO). By increasing the degree of ethoxylation, the hydrophilic character of the molecule is increased (higher HLB), which represents increasing water solubility, cloud points and pour points. This product can be used as emulsifier, antistatic agent, lubricant and solubilizer in various markets and product applications.

deconex® FPD 211 is used in the ultrasonic pre- and fine- high bath life. cleaning of uncoated substrates (sodalime, borosilicate, quartz, silicon) as well as of coated substrates (eg ITO). It is a mild alkaline, high-performance ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning flat glass and silicon wafers, for use in ultrasonic modules of cleaning plants.

deconex® FPD 230 is used in the ultrasonic pre- and fine cleaning of coated substrates (eg ITO), especially in the cleaning of finished liquid crystal cells (LCD) before gluing the polarizer. It is a salt- and alkali-free ultrasonic cleaner for the particularly material-friendly cleaning of flat glass and silicon wafers for use in ultrasonic modules of cleaning plants.

Jungbunzlauer Suisse AG Sodium Gluconate is supplied in accordance with the latest requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) and of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 231/2012.Sodium gluconate is the sodium salt of gluconic acid, produced by fermentation of glucose. It is a white to tan, granular to fine, crystalline powder, very soluble in water. Non corrosive, non-toxic and readily biodegradable (98 % after 2 days), sodium gluconate is more and more appreciated as chelating agent. The outstanding property of sodium gluconate is its excellent chelating power, especially in alkaline and concentrated alkaline solutions. It forms stable chelates with calcium, iron, copper, aluminum and other heavy metals, and in this respect, it surpasses all other chelating agents, such as EDTA, NTA and related compounds.Aqueous solutions of sodium gluconate are resistant to oxidation and reduction, even at high temperatures. However, it is easily degraded biologically (98 % after 2 days), and thus presents no wastewater problem.Sodium gluconate is also a highly efficient set retarder and a good plasticiser / water reducer for concrete, mortar and gypsum.And last but not least, it has the property to inhibit bitterness in foodstuffs.

deconex® FORMULA 1 is suitable for automatic cleaning procedures (CIP spray cleaning or in the cleaning and disinfection device), for manual use or in ultrasonic systems.

FINDET® 1816/32-E is apart of a non-ionic surfactant range - ethoxylated alcohol derivatives - which can be used in different applications due to its wide range of properties: detergent effect, foaming power, wetting effect, dispersing power, emulsifying and solubilizing effect.

Ecolink Boiler Wash is a clear, alkaline solution that contains 2-butoxyethanol, disodium trioxosilicate (both 0%-4% by concentration), and potassium hydroxide (3%-8% by concentration). It eliminates scale, corrosion, oil, grease, and rust from new boilers, closed loops, heat exchange tubes, surfaces, and towers. It can also be used on boilers that have been taken offline.

OXITAINE CB 30 has a higher content of renewable, vegetable-based carbon compared to traditional types of betaines, such as Cocamidopropyl Betaine. Considered a multifunctional product, when used in association with ALKOPON® it increases foam volume and viscosity of the formulation. It also provides mild conditioning and improved combing. OXITAINE CB 30 is suitable for low pH formulations such as products that contain alpha hydroxyl acids (AHA).

deconex® 34 GR is a basic cleaner for stainless steel instruments, which is then used when stains and discolorations resulting from defective preparation processes have to be removed. The treatment with deconex® 34 GR before the initial preparation cycle of factory new, not the highest quality class assigned stainless steel instruments has also proved to be recommended. This meant that discolorations that would otherwise occur after the first cycle or before the first use could be prevented. deconex® 34 GR can also be used to remove silicate coatings in dishwashers.

Ultraclean M2 is an alkaline detergent for general use in ultrasonic baths.

NEOMINOX® LP is an Alkylamidopropyldimethylamine Oxide where the alkyl group is derived from natural, renewable sources. It is derived from cocamidopropylamine oxide. Alkylamidopropylamine Oxides are considered nonionic/amphoteric surfactants and are compatible with all surfactant classes: anionic, nonionic, amphoteric and cationic. In addition, Alkylamidopropylamine Oxides can mitigate the irritation effects of anionic surfactants and are recommended to be used in combination with our ALKOPON® anionic product line. Alkylamidopropylamine Oxides are traditionally used as secondary surfactants in hand and dish wash, car wash and hand soaps formulations due to their excellent foam boosting, foam stabilizing, grease cutting and viscosity building properties. NEOMINOX® LP may also be used in conditioning shampoos, bubble bath products, skin cleansers, body washes and hand soaps.

ALKOPON® NS ECO 92 is an excellent anionic surfactant, extensively used in cosmetic formulations. It is a high foaming ingredient suitable for soap and toothpaste formulations. It is a surfactant that is biodegradable and safe for contact with skin. Its process does not form dioxane, therefore, it can be used in formulations that have dioxane free claim.

deconex® SURFAX is suitable for a thorough and at the same time gentle cleaning of product-touching surfaces in pharma production, but also for the cleaning of floors. deconex SURFAX is also used for the intermediate cleaning of surfaces before changing the disinfectant (aldehyde-containing → amine-containing or vice versa) used. deconex SURFAX can also be used in the ultrasonic bath.
