Carolina Malt House 6-Row Pale Base Malt combines brewhouse efficiencies with classic flavor influenced by the rich flavor profile of our Thoroughbred barley.

Okefenokee is a perfect base malt that can be used for most brewing recipes. Having a color of 2.73°SRM this base malt provides a sweet flavor with a slight biscuit-like flavor and a touch of nuttiness. Okefenokee is made using our very own Brewski 2-row barley grown at Arrow K Farms in western ND. Brewski is a special project between Two Track Malting and NDSU to develop a barley variety specifically geared towards the craft market. Brewski delivers a nice plump kernel with higher efficiencies and faster lautering. We are the only ones growing and malting Brewski in the world!

Carolina Malt House Tennessee 2-Row Base Malt is a light but flavorful malt that brings notes of warm bread, fresh biscuits, and hints of graham cracker. Its clean flavor and bright color make it an excellent option for everything from a Helles to a hazy IPA. It is sourced entirely from our partner farm in Coffee County, TN.

Carolina Malt House Carolina Gold 2-Row Base Malt is a winner of the Bronze Medal at the 2019 Malt Cup. It brings beautiful golden color and a delicately balanced, sweet and clean flavor. This single variety malt has the efficiencies, full-bodied taste, and enzymes to flourish in the brewhouse.

Carolina Malt House 6-Row Pilsner Base Malt possesses a light straw color, clean taste, and high conversion potential that lends well to both lagers and ales.

Admiral Maltings Admiral Pisner (CCOF) is made from low protein barley that has been lightly kilned to produce a malt with delicate color and clean, vibrant flavor. Admiral Pils is an excellent choice for adding freshly kilned malt aroma to old world lagers, saisons, farmhouse ales, and other light - colored styles.

Admiral Maltings Maiden Voyage (CCOF) is a biscuity pale malt with earthy and sweet aromas of dry grass, toast with honey, and peanut butter.

Prox Crystal Vienna Style 20 is suited for Vienna and German lagers, Belgian ales, IPA's, Oktoberfest, Porter.

Admiral Maltings Gallagher’s Best is a well - balanced pale ale malt. Aromas of multigrain crackers and hay. Toast with honey has a mildly sweet flavor.

Admiral Maltings Kilnsmith has a deep, ruby brown color and aromas of grape nuts, toffee, and brown sugar.

Canada Malting Co. CMC 2-Row Malt produced from AMBA/BMBRI approved malting varieties (Hordeum Vulgare) and are free of genetically modified materials.

CNC Malting Distillers Malt is a high diastatic power malt, tailored to maximize the available enzymatic potential. It is best application for this malt is in distillates.

Simpsons Malt Finest Lager Malt ASBC is Awesome low color, high extract malt. Finest Lager Malt is a superb low color lager malt. Well modified, high extract UK spring two row barley give high enzymic activity, low color, low nitrogen, and exceptional Brewhouse performance. It can be used to make any style of lager with its clean, light malty taste.

Great Chit was originally developed to sidestep the Reinheitsgebot regulations in Germany. Great Chit is a highly under-modified malt that can serve as a great substitute for raw grains and dextrin malts in your brew. With Great Chit, expect improved head retention and mouthfeel in lagers and IPAs.

Crystal 30 can be used to add depth and layered flavor complexity in a wide variety of beers. Golden color tones

Pecan Smoked Wheat is produced using our Appalachian Wheat and locally-sourced Pecan wood. The pecan imparts a delicious, fruity that blends perfectly with the bread notes of the malted wheat.

Admiral Maltings Yolo Gold Wheat has a round, pillowy mouthfeel with notes of hay, mineral, and freshly rising dough.

Munich Rye is crafted using an NC-grown heirloom variety called Wrens Abruzzi. Munich Rye malt is kilned at higher temperatures throughout and delivers notes of pumpernickel bread, cardamom, and allspice.

Light Munich is kept at higher kilning temperatures and extended times combined to create the rich, bready flavor profile that these malts are known for. Light Munich can be tried in Doppelbock or Helles recipe.

Admiral Maltings Admiral Hearth has a warm, amber color and a rich, malty sweetness with aromas of bread crust, toffee, and cake.

Sunset Wheat malt was developed using a bakery-quality wheat variety. Sunset Wheat is kept at a kilning temperature were elevated throughout to create a rich, cookie dough-like sweetness with a hint of baking spice in the finish.

Pilsner Malt is slightly under modified and kilned at lower temperatures than our Pale Malt. Pilsner Malt maintains more of the delicate grassy, grainy flavors that are associated with this style of malt.

Crystal 15 can be used to add depth and layered flavor complexity in a wide variety of beers. It contributes golden color tones.

CNC Malting American Ale Malt is a floor-malted base malt, with a deeper malt flavor compared to a Pilsner malt, typically refered to as 2-row. Fantastic base malt that can be used for all beer styles.

Admiral Maltings Atlas is a throwback to a bygone era of malting and brewing in Northern California. Atlas was introduced to California by the Spanish (it is named after the Atlas Mountains in Morocco). From the 1860s until WWII, Atlas was grown throughout the Sacramento Valley and even exported to England. It was the landrace variety that UC Davis chose as the foundation seed for the University's first malting barley varieties. In the early twentieth century, they released a number of Atlas varieties. Admiral malts are all made from grain grown on family farms in California in a sustainable manner. Atlas barley for this malt was grown on the Work Ranch in San Miguel, California.

Crystal 60 can be used in malt forward brews at 5 to 15%. Contributes rich red and gold color tones.

CNC Malting Pilsner Malt is a floor-malted base malt, rich in enzymes and high extract value. Can be used at 100% of the grain bill, or together with other malts. Perfect base malt for all kinds of beers.

Admiral Maltings Clipper Oats has oat and cake aromas with hints of chocolate, hay, pecan, clover, and honeysuckle.

Finest Pale Ale Maris Otter® ASBC is UK Heritage Barley. Great in English-style beers. Always 100% Maris Otter. Maris Otter’s superior Brewhouse Performance is fantastic. The ‘Rolls Royce’ of malts for the traditional brewer, this legendary heritage barley variety is the base malt for traditional English Bitter beers. Maris Otter has a low nitrogen content and high extract, producing a rich malty flavor with exceptional Brewhouse Performance and beer clarity.

Biscuit (Roasted 20) can be used in malt forward brews at 5 to 15%.

Empire Malting Company Pale Base Malt is an authentic Northern Michigan Pale. It is clean and golden with sweetness like honey and a light Empire Terroir not found in any other Malts. It is an excellent malt for any grain bill and this blonde base is what sweet sunshine must taste like.

Vienna is a rich and flavorful alternative to a standard base malt that utilizes a blend of 2-row barleys. Vienna is kilned with a gentle Munich-style approach that develops tons of biscuit and honey character while preserving enzymatic activity.

Prox Mild Malt can be used up to 100% of grist for malts.
