Fluon+™ Glass-Reinforced PF-21001 is a reinforced PFA compound designed for use in injection molding or extrusion applications where additional mechanical properties are required. The compound contains 25% glass fiber and 75% PFA, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkoxyethylene. These pre-pigmented black pellets are approximately 0.080 inches in diameter and 0.125 inches long, and are suitable for applications that demand the thermal and chemical resistance of PFA, along with the additional mechanical toughness provided by the glass fiber reinforcement.
