Cimbar XF is a high purity, natural barium sulfate. Cimbar XF is recommended for use in coatings, especially automotive and industrial primes and topcoats. Additionally, Cimbar XF is often used in high gloss enamels, powder coatings and semi-gloss and gloss latices.Cimbar XF can be used as a filler in polyurethane foams, plastics and plastisols, friction materials, rubbers, adhesives and acoustical compounds and other insulating materials. Cimbar XF is easily dispersable and is often used to impart higher surface gloss, improved hide, improved mar resistance and impact resistance.Cimbar XF also offers excellent sanding resistance, and good scrub resistance to formulations.Cimbar XF is chemically inert and is an excellent choice as a filler in corrosion resistant applications, flame retardant applications, and applications that require excellent weather resistance. Moreover, Cimbar XF exhibits superior thermal stabilty up to 1580 °C. It is therefore recommended for use in heat resistant applications. Cimbar XF helps increase heat distortion temperatures, and reduces compound stickiness.

The Micronized Products Mica 325# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

Hubercarb® W3N is a 3-micron calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

Hubercarb® Q2 is an ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows the material to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC pipe and profiles, rubber and plastics.

ACCR 130 is a fine white powder. It is processed from white marble.

Saudi Carbonate SCC PCC 30C - YB is suitable to use in Polyacrylate Paints, Alkyd Resin Paints, Cable Compounding and Rubber Compounding. Over a broad range of PVCs SCC PCC 30C - YB gives high opacity and better optical properties for the paint apart from its superior anti setting characteristic. For cable compounding it offers higher dispersion characteristics, higher loading and output with less wear and tear.

Zetafil CST 3 is described on a very white, pure crystalline CaCO3. Zetafil CST 3 is coated by an organic agent which transforms the surface of the inorganic particles to an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to an organic media. Due to its special particle size distribution, Zetafil CST3 is easily dispersed and can increase the % of fillers in the compound and coatings. Zetafil cst 3’s high brightness value assists the reduction of TiO2 in white compounds or coatings.

Zetafil CST CA is described on a very white, pure crystalline CaCO3. It is coated by an organic agent which transforms the surface of the inorganic particles to an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to an organic media. Due to its special particle size distribution, Zetafil CST CA is easily dispersed (especially in compounds for cables). Zetafil CST CA’s brightness value enables formulators to economize in Titanium Dioxide by reducing its percentages in the end product.
