Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 is a product recommended as a replacement for the traditional phenolic and hindered amine combination for the thermal and ultraviolet stabilization of polyester resins during high temperature processing. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 enhances the process window of Polyester and PET resins. In addition, this product maintains the IV (Intinsic Viscosity) of Polyester and PET resins coupled with excellent UV stability. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 also provides protection to caustic environment and bleach resistance to Polyester and PET resins with both bottle and fiber grade products. It is important that this product be used at 2% - 3% with the Polyester or PET resin before the fabrication or molding process to take advantage of the excellent properties of the unique masterbatch. It will insure that the polyester resin is protected through the molding and life cycle of the parts
