OPTIM® E-156 is a maleic anhydride modified high density polyethylene. It is used for a variety of applications where adhesion improvements or compatibilsation is required.

OPTIM® GE-344 is a glycidyl methacrylate modified ultra-low density polyethylene. It is used for toughening of Polycarbonates and Polyesters such as PET & PBT.

AL 181 Silane is mercapto functional silane with wide usage in rubber and elastomers.

OPTIM® E-118 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene. It has been designed to promote adhesion between carrier polymer and high loading of mineral fillers in HFFR cable compounds. Without this coupling agent, it is not possible to achieve the required mechanical properties in the cable compound.

OPTIM® P-408 is a maleic anhydride modified homopolymer polypropylene. The grafting operation of the polypropylene backbone is achieved using a new technology that allows high grafting efficiency and low polymer scission.

AL121 is used as a polymer modifier via grafting reactions. The resulting pendant trimethoxysilyl groups can function as moisture-activated crosslinking sites. The Silane grafted polymer is processed as a thermoplastic and crosslinking occurs after fabrication of the finished article upon exposure to moisture.

Kettlitz-Silanogran VES is a 50 % dry liquid in granular form of a triethoxyvinylsilane containing oli-gomeric alkyl groups. It is used in peroxide cured rubber compounds which are filled by silica, silica earth (Sillitin), clay, other fillers containing SiO2-groups or aluminum hydroxide.

W1A is an anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer. It is a ethylene elastomer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is especially suitable for super-tough or cold-resistant nylon.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in wood filled systems, leading to a more homogeneous blend. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 works as an excellent lubricant under high shear conditions, for example injection molding.

Rosin Chemical(Wuping) JH-0174 Silane Coupling Agent KH-571 acts as a coupling agent, strengthening agent and cross-linking promoter. Exhibits easy hydrolysis and condensation to form polysiloxane, easy polymerization under overheat and illumination. Possesses high application temperature, outstanding properties of compressive resistance decomposition, wear resistance and anti-shocking. Shows compatibility with polyethylene and EPDM. Improves the bending strength, tensile strength and adhesion of substrates including thermosetting- and thermoplastic resins. Used in electric cables, tubings, wires and cable industry.

ECOPOWER Crosile®1298 is an oligomeric siloxane containing vinyl, propyl and ethoxy groups. Crosile®1298 is a further development of Crosile®172, vinyl-tris(2-methoxy-ethoxy)silane. Crosile®1298 is a colorless, nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid. Crosile®1298 is an excellent silane compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (EPDM, EVA, PE).

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Silane coupling agent SG-Si 172 is molecule with dual functions, it can react not only with inorganic fillers, but also with organic macromolecules. It can be used as adhesion promoter of polymer system with multi-mineral fillers. It can also be taken to modify the extra fine powder of Non-halogen Flame Retardant produced from Al(OH) 3 and Mg(OH)2 , This flame retardant is widely used in wire＆ cable, engineering plastics, decoration material, coating and textile.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 contains reactive sites which create hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as coupling agent between polymer and filler. It acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in highly filled plastics compounds, leading to a more homogeneous initial mix. At processing conditions, ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 is an effective lubricant for polyolefins like PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems. Applications recommended for ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 include highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates. In addition, it can be used in unfilled elastomers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired. In many cases, better surface appearance and more uniform mold shrinkage can be observed.

TKC Kunststoffe E.K. Scona Tspe 2102 GAHD is a coupler for polyethylene fiber compounds and compatibilizer for PA / PE blends.

Acti-Tech™ Compatibilizer 09MA13 are based on Vistamaxx™ performance polymers grafted with maleic anhydride through a highly efficient melt-grafting process. Acti-Tech compatibilizer 09MA13 is a highly versatile grade with average MFR among the Acti-Tech compatibilizers range. It is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as compounding formulation, adhesion promoter on metal or other polar substrates, soft compatibilizer for polar/unpolar polymers alloys, impact modifier of stiff polar engineering plastics, coupling agent for WPC, natural fiber or mineral HFFR fillers. Due to the chemical nature of its polymer backbone, Acti-Tech compatibilizer 09MA13 is compatible with most polyolefins, i.e. PE, PP, EVA, EBA or POE.

United Chemical Technologies G6720 is applied in Epoxies, Urethanes, Acrylics, PBT’s Polysulfides.

With its high crystallinity and high softening point, it is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of reinforced polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as coupling agent for glass-fiber or carbon-fiber reinforced PP, compatibilizer for polar/unpolar polymers alloys.

Silanogran PV is the 50 % granular form of a trimethoxy-silyl-group containing low molecular poly-butadiene (formerly Polyvest 25) on a mineral carrier. The pure liquid polymer is sticky and highly viscous. Acti-Tech™ Compatibilizer 16MA13are based on Vistamaxx™ performance polymers grafted with maleic anhydride through a highly efficient melt-grafting process.Acti-Tech compatibilizer 16MA13 is the softest grade among the Acti-Tech compatibilizers range. With its high elasticity and very high flexibility, it is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as impact modifier of engineering thermoplastics, performance booster for recycled feeds, coupling agent for mineral HFFR fillers. This material can be used in combination with Vistamaxx performance polymer to bring the required balance of properties to PP/PET or PE/PET recycled feeds.

ECOPOWER Crosile®1098 is a vinyl silane concentrate (oligomeric siloxane) containing vinyl and ethoxy groups, a colorless nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid . An excellent compatibiliser between inorganic filler (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and orgainc plymers (e.g. EPDM, EVA, PE). The high boiling point of Crosile®1098, together with its high flash point, gives it outstanding advantages with respect to safety and handling during processing. From an environmental viewpoint it should be noted that the amount of released hydrolysis ethanol (VOC) is significant'y reduced compared to monomeric vinyl silanes.

W1 is an anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer. W1 is ethylene elastomer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is especially suitable for reinforced or toughened nylon.
