SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOTUF™ D1000UF compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin. Added features of this grade include: UV stabilized, impact modified, good low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC resins. This is a general-purpose product available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business XHT4143 is a high flow, UV stabilized, high heat polycarbonate copolymer blend with an HDT/Af of 162C. It is available in a range of opaque and limited transparent colors. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer Resin LUX9130T resin is a non-filled, injection moldable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.5 mm / 5VA rating at 6.0mm and is UV stabilized providing additional weathering capability. LUX9130T is high transparency, extremly low haze and bubble free for thick part molding.LUX9130T is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60I 2UV0000 UV is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with natural color and UV stabilization, suitable for injection molding. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance, making it suitable for applications such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners and connectors, and 2K components. Additionally, it has excellent adhesion to various materials.

Densetec® Post Consumer is a 98% (2% color) post consumer product that can be used in a variety of applications. Densetec® Post Consumer is manufactured using a HDPE resin that has been compounded and processed from products such as detergent bottles and/or milk jugs that have been saved from our nation's land fills. Densetec® Post Consumer is Polymer Industries contribution to the “Green Movement” and can be produced for a minimum run, per color, per thickness. Densetec® Post Consumer is manufactured in sheet form or can be fabricated to customer requirements, and can be used to produce products such as Marine Board, Playground Board, Sign Board and Partition Board. Densetec® Post Consumer exhibits virtually the same properties as those of standard HDPE. It is easily fabricated, routed or engraved using current CNC technology. This material can be produced with or without a textured surface. It can be produced using any of Polymer's many stock colors and can be produced with a UV stabilizer making it the perfect choice for outdoor environments. It is an excellent replacement for wood, and because the color is embedded in the sheet, it never needs painting and is also vandal resistant. The versatile properties of Densetec® Post Consumer make it the ideal product for any application that standard HDPE can be used. EASYMID B 208U BKIG is an PA6 30% gf uv stab, black and recycled polyamide (PA) compound obtained from post-industrial waste (PIR) in the quantity between 70% and 98%, named EASYMID.

The material is manufactured by extruding one color on the inside and a contrasting color on the outside. The layers are combined while the material is still molten. The result is a homogeneous sheet that is guaranteed not to delaminate, crack or chip. It is superior to other sign materials, which are separate layers of material laminated together. Densetec® Sign Board is easily routed or engraved using current CNC router technology. As the skin of the material is removed by the router, the inside color shows through and, voila, a sign is easily fabricated with minimum finishing requirements. The material does not have to be painted because the color is embedded into the sheet. The durable textured finish resists scratches and marring. The product is UV stabilized to resist deterioration in harsh outdoor environments, making it the perfect signage material.
