Due to Jinan Chenxu Chemical Flame Retardant Ammonium Polyphosphate extremely low water solubility, this product is especially suitable for use as an acid source for intumescent coatings. Intumescent coatings on steel structures can meet the fire protection rating of DIN4102; it can also be used as intumescent coatings on wood or plastic.

Shouguang Derun Chemistry PP V2 flame retardant masterbatch is a new and effective environment-friendly flame retardant masterbatch. We made it according to the customer’s different requirements. The effective FR inside is the environment-friendly N.P.Br compound FR. It is made especially for PP V2 grade. Compared with the traditional FR (DBDPO, TBBA, BDDP), it has the advantage of less additive amount, better FR result, low inflammation and few Br content (it is almost halogen –free in the PP makeup). It is no need to add ATO. At the same time, this masterbatch owns the perfect processing performance in the PP production. No precipitation and water -proof. It can be used for the extrusion and injection of PP.

Haicheng Jinghua Mineral Products Brucite is a mineral type flame retardant which has property of nontoxic, tasteless, good stability, non-volatile high decomposition temperature and non-corrosive, it has been widely applied in plastic and rubber industry.

Daihachi Chemical Industry PX-110 Cresyl, di-2,6-xylenyl phosphate has excellent hydrolysis resistance results in high insulation.

Hangzhou Fairland Chemical Technology FR-6011A is an efficient phosphonates flame retardant for the treatment of textile products. It is non-corrosive with high phosphorus content, excellent water solubility on a wide range of fabric type. It mainly used in furnishing, curtaining, building, special workwear and automotive applications. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of polyester fabrics, T/C blends and PU coating to impart a finish that is durable to washing and dry-cleaning.

EcoFlame MCA8 is particularly suitable to make unfilled polyamide 6 and 6.6 meet the flame retardant requirements of I-JL 94 VO.

JLS APP 101R is almost insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents.

APP‐201 is a fine‐particle ammonium polyphosphate produced by a special method. The product is largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents. It is colorless, non‐hygroscopic and non‐flammable. APP 201 is used in Plastic(PP,PE,PA,PVC,PBT),PU, Rubber ,Paint and coating.

WellChem Melamine Cyanurate (MCA) proves to be excellent flame retardants for specific applications, either alone or combined with our “Exflam APP” ammonium polyphosphate and other flame retardants.

TBBA is mainly used for epoxy resin, polycarbonate polyester, phenol resin, polyurethane etc. also use for polystyrene, ABS,unsaturated polyester a flame ‐retardant‐additive.

Phosflam M15C is equivalent to Phoslite B85CX from Italmatch inorganic non-halogen flame retardant used for PC and PC/ABS.
