Voltoid® D-800 is a resin-bonded cellulose fiber composite material. The D-800 series of products are specially formulated to provide consistent electrical and mechanical performance under conditions of variable ambient humidity and/or moisture. D-800 is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories for continuous use as an electrical and mechanical barrier to 105˚C. It is easily fabricated by being punched and blanked.

Polynt Group BMC RF 600-15 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good flow and excellent fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 600-15. BMC RF 600-15 is certified V0 1,7 mm by UL laboratories. It exhibits high apparent density and very good melt-flow. It provides glossy surface, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. Urochem Molding Compound 371 is designed for processing by compression molding. It is suitable for electrical accessories, sanitary products, caps and closures. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Its shelf life is of 6 months below 20°C.
