MultiTech MultiFunctional K is a natural raw cellulose. MultiTech MultiFunctional K is a beige colored softwood product with a cubic structure. The main particle range is 70-150 µm. It is a sustainable material for various applications as reinforcement and functional filler.

Portaflame® SG 30 LV is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portaflame® SG 30 LV is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portaflame® SG 30 LV is a "low viscosity" optimized grade with an exceptional low oil absorption value, giving the formulator the opportunity to achieve higher loading levels. Portaflame® SG 30 LV makes formulations that are flame retardant.

PYRAX® WA Pyrophyllite is a unique natural mixture of platy silicates, principally pyrophyllite, and quartz. PYRAX WA has a coarser particles size than PYRAX B. As a replacement for mica, PYRAX WA is an excellent filler in joint compounds and dry wall muds. PYRAX WA imparts mud crack resistance to high build coatings such as texture paints and block fillers. PYRAX WA is a good inert filler for use in contractor flat paints, where it contributes to improved low angle sheen control and scrub resistance. When used in exterior paints, the neutral pH of pyrophyllite yields reduced frosting.

It helps in uniform spreading of for floor coating material with less resin consumption due to elimination of dust particles from the product.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

West System 404-45 High-Density Adhesive Filler, 43 oz is an epoxy thickening additive. We developed it for maximum physical adhesive properties in hardware bonding, or anywhere that high-cyclic loads are anticipated. Blended with epoxy, it makes an excellent gap filler or structural filets. Use this filler wherever you need an especially strong bond. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive.

Piq-White Ultra Premium Filler 30 is fine sized dry pulverized carbonate filler. Material is available in 50 lb. paper bags, palletized and stretch-wrapped, 1500 lb. mini bulk bags or in bulk. Piqua Minerals fillers are available with various average particle sizing for other filler applications.

The Hindustan Mineral Products SSW Barytes 240# are the different names given to the same mineral having composition BaSO4 (Barium Sulfate). Barytes has higher specific gravity and lower bulking value. It has low oil absorption and it has high resistance to acids and alkalies.

XOL 150 is a white aluminosilicate multicellular hollow sphere. They significantly reduce composite density. XOL-150 is surface modified for better dispersion, bonding, and strength. They can allow the formulator to reduce the weight and overall cost of their finished goods.

Geotex® 30-200 is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. The controlled particle distribution allows G30-200 to be used as a texturizing agent, in plaster, EIFS, in abrasives, and PVC flooring.

Hubercarb® Q200 is a medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. The Q200 particle distribution offers a wide range of applications from carpet backing to cleansers, joint compounds to PVC flooring, concrete to oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

The Micronized Products Mica 325# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

Alteo SH100 is used in a wide variety of applications and polymer systems which consists of low fines content and a very well defined topcut. It is available from from 25 to 4 microns.

West System 410-B Microlight, 4 lb is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color. When West System® epoxy is thickened to a peanut butter consistency with Microlight™, the cured product sands and carves like basswood.

Dolkron® 1 is a calcium magnesium carbonate dolomite filler, with great whiteness to be used in the industry of paints, coatings, fertilizers, molds, ceramic flooring, and agriculture. It has an ignition index of 47'2-%, a moisture content of 0'05%, and an HCI soluble amount of 0'20%.
