Basaltex NV Multidirectional Fabrics 720 QUADRI are laid in different orientations, layer-by-layer, and stitched together with a lightweight polyester yarn to form a fabric. Respect to woven fabrics, Non-Crimp (NC) fabrics offer better mechanical properties, primarily from the fact that the fibers are always straight and that more orientations of fiber are available from the increased number of layers of fabric. Due to the stitched nature of the multiaxial construction, the crimp effect associated with woven fabric is not present.

ZOLTEK PX35 carbon fiber tows are fed into our proprietary impregnation and curing process which creates smooth carbon fiber laminates resulting in efficient laydown when building thickness. The specific fiber alignment achieved with pultrusion delivers consistently better overall properties in laminates than any other composite manufacturing process. C-TAPE™ U1000P 24K HS FT* is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 1006 gsm. It is made using 24K HS carbon fiber. The binding provided by the weft, along with the addition of fine warp threads, ensures the regularity of the product’s appearance; This carbon tape is used primarily for local reinforcement with epoxy resin. * FOE fiber available upon request

Procotex CF.LS-MLD150 is a mixture of all origin carbon and graphite ex-PAN fibers,obtained from pure carbon fibers, selected and milled for compounding. Its very low sizing level, which can vary, is generally compatible with the widest range of thermosetting and thermoplastic matrixes (polymers and elastomers), also : rubbers, papers, concretes, paints etc.. Its compatibility needs to be checked on each new batch and for each new application.

Taishan Fiberglass EWR800, woven roving is made on looms by weaving direct roving into fabrics, it gives bi-directional (O° /90° ) reinforcement and is compatible with UP, VE & EP resins.

FC-0120 is made up of a 4HS Satin Weave with a Soft Typical Finish.

910 Assembled Roving for thermoplastic is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with multiple resin systems such as PP, AS/ABS, especially reinforcing PA for good hydrolysis resistant. 910 is typically designed for twin-screw extrusion process to manufacture thermoplastic granules. Key applications include railway track fastening pieces, automotive parts, electrical & electronic applications.

Taishan Fiberglass ECW410(90), axial tape is produced by weaving looms, mainly used to increase axial strength of laminates and compatible with UP & VE resins.

YF International BV Fiber Glass is made from recycled glassfiber.

ACM C600Y is Multiaxial Carbon Fabrics with Standard fabric width of1270 mm having EP/VE Resin compatibility Multiaxial fabrics are textile materials made of several layers of high-strength composite fibers stitched together with thin threads. Multiaxial fabric can be carbon, glass, basalt, and hybrid according to the source fibers.

362C Direct Roving is specifically designed for continuous fiber-glass reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) application in modified PP/PE resin. CFRT materials are widely used in automotive, construction, sports, electric and electronic applications.

468A roving is used in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in epoxide resin systems. The direct rovings can be used to manufacture pipes, tanks and other insulations.

306B single end roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester. 306B is designed for RTP (reinforcement thermoplastics pipe) filament winding which requires acid resistance and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for application in spoolable piping systems.

LINCORE® FF P1 400 is a 100% flax fabric made of untwisted rovings. The molding can be realized by Infusion, Resin Transfer Molding, Resin Film Infusion Lay up. These fabrics are also availble as resin-impregnated reinforcements for high strength, toughness ans structural performance at low weight.
