HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. One of the primary applications of HDK® N20 is as a thickening and thixotropic agent in organic systems such as unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and cosmetics. Additionally, it functions as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers.

HDK® H13L is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H13L is primarily used as a thickening, thixotropic, and anti-sedimentation agent in various applications such as coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and others. It finds its main application in polar systems. The strong hydrophobicity of HDK® H13L makes it particularly suitable for solvent-free systems, high solids formulations, and waterborne coatings.

HDK® H17 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H17 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

AEROSIL® R 812 S is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is even more hydrophobic than AEROSIL® R 812 and convenient for stabilizing a defoamer and well suitable as a component of foam control agents.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 805 is a high thickening fumed silica surface treated with OCTMO.

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 8200 is a structure modified hydrophobic silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is characterized by an extremely low thickening effect and high compacted bulk density. Its high hydrophobicity makes it suitable as a defoamer silica.

AEROSIL® 200 HV is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

SIPERNAT® D 13 is a milled, hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica, high methanol wettability and low surface. It is used in a great variety of technical defoamers due to its high effectiveness and ease of dispersion.

AEROSIL® OX 50 is a fumed silica with a very low specific surface area, low thickening, and high purity. The product can be used as an additive or as a raw material. In polymer composites, high filler loading can be achieved, making it possible to control essential characteristics of polymers.

AEROSIL® R 812 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It can be used for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming agent.

Technicure® Nano Dicy is a pulverized grade of dicyandiamide. It contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and enhance flow. Its extremely fine particle size enables a more complete reaction, facilitating faster curing without compromising formulation shelf stability.

PFI C Flakes are offered for use in applications ranging in many applications including corrosion resistant coatings, polymer reinforcements and specialty pigments. ARC-4300M is an amorphous silica coating, which is applied at ambient temperatures and does not require heat to cure. The novel composition of ARC-4300M prevents devitrification normally caused by thermal cycling and exposure to corrosives. ARC-4300M is supplied in liquid form and is applied by spraying. Water is used for clean-up. There are no known carcinogens or corrosives in the liquid or cured product. ARC-4300M will enhance the serviceable life of refractory and metals subject to high heat environments and thermal loads. ARC-4300M is an MagRAM loaded version designed for RF attenuation with ablation resistance.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.
