BNX 2777 (40601-76-1 & 31570-04-4)is a primary and secondary antioxidant blend using an phenolic antioxidant (BNX 1790) and a phosphite type antioxidant (Benefos 1680). The primary antioxidant provides superior polymer stabilization and has excellent compatibility with polymeric HALS’s and UVA’s. The secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and antioxidation, with good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance.

ADK STAB 2112 also called 1680is applied in polyolefins, ABS, PS and engineering plastics. It also contains features such as excellent hydrolytic, stability excellent and process stability.

EVERNOX-B1412 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

DSTDP is a good auxiliary antioxidant and is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene,polyvinyl chloride, ABS rubber and lubricating oil. It has high‐melting and low‐volatility .It can be used in combination with phenolic antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers to produce synergistic effect.

Dusantox® IPPD is the most effective antiozonant and excellent rubber antidegradant with shorter protective effect when compared to 6PPD.

4020(6PPD) is Rubber Antioxidant. Pure 6PPD is white solid product, and will gradually oxidize to brown solid when exposed to the air. Industrial product 6PPD is purple brown to black brown granules or flakes, and will slowly cake when the temperature exceeds 35-40°C. It is soluble in gasoline, benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate,dichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride ,methylbenzene, ethyl alcohol and other organic solvents, insoluble in water.
