Rubber accelerator used to vulcanize "Viton®" fluoroelastomer and polyacrylate elastomers. Cross-linking agent in rubber processing; latent amine source in polyurethane production. Hexamethylenediamine carbamate for use as cross-linking agent in the vulcanization of vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer and vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer elastomers.This product is produced in the USA at our plant in Dayton, TN.

Accelerator 833 are added to either elastomers and or engine rubber materials where they accelerate the curing of the material. Accelerator 833 are Condensation products of Aniline and Butyraldehyde, and are used in Natural Latex formulations.

Shandong Stair Chemical & Technology Rubber accelerator BZ (ZDBC) is white powder, soluble in diethyl ether, benzene, carbon disulfide, chloroform, tetrachlorethylene, carbon tetrachloride and dichloromethane; insoluble in gasoline, methanol, water and diluted alkali. It can be stored stably.

TCY(TTCA) Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

It acts as middle-speed accelerator, suitable for natural and synthetic rubber, and also can be used as activator for kinds of thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide. It acts as plasticizer and plastic-divider on chloroprene rubber, especially suitable for rubber products such as tire, rubber shoes, and so on. DPG is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 3-4.

China Star Materials Dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulfide (Accelerator DPTT (TRA)) can be used as accelerator or vulcanizator for NR, EPR, CR, SBR, BR, IIR, NBR, CSPR as well as latex.

TETD Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology CBS is a classical delayed action type accelerator, giving good scorch safety and a fast cure rate, can be used in NR, SBR and NBR. Suitable for use in rubber compound loaded with high amount of furnace black and gives vulcanizates high modulus and high tensile strength, good resistance to aging. Especially suited for SBR when used alone or In combination with DPG, TMTD etc. Most active sulphenamide in EPDM. As it has bitter taste, it is not recommended for use in rubber products in contact with food and mouth.

A delayed action accelerator of vulcanization for natural and synthetic rubber. The speed of vulcanization is similar to CBS’s, but it’s delaying is larger than the CBS. There is little pollution and the color is changeless. It can be used as rubber products of tire.

Banac TMTM has chemical composition of Tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide and used as an accelerator.

A universal rubber accelerator, mainly is used in tires, rubber shoes and other rubber articles. It is not used in rubber bags for food because of its bitterness. MBT is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105, 176.300 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.

MBTS (DM) Particle is Thiazole. It is white or light yellow powder with slightly bitter taste, nonpoisonous, soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, ethyl alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. It is stable in storage.

Nurcacit TMTD PDR can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. TMTD is scorch and gives fast cure rates. In sulfur less and EV cure system TMTD produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance. Good color retention is obtaining in non-black vulcanizates. TMTD is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. In the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with N,N’-ethylene thiourea, TMTD may be used as a retarder.

TDEC Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

DZ(DCBS) Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

Banac MOR has chemical composition of N-Oxydiethylene 2-benzothiazole sulfenamide and used as an accelerator.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins NDMC Powder is a anti-oxidant for epichlorohydrin compounds. Improves retention in media that produce high swell and/or high extractability. NOMC is also an outstanding anti-oxidant for peroxide-cured elastomers (like EPOM or EPM).

Nurcacit MTT PDR used as vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber, Injection-molded and technical extruded articles, profiles, hoses, seals, mills (rollers), cable sheeting, conveyor-belts based on CR. Possesses good module, age-resistance and advantageous compression set. Nurcacit MTT dispersed perfectly in compounds based on polychloroprene. As a result of its relatively low melting point (about 60 to 70 C), the material usually melts down and disperses without any problems. Because Nurcacit MTT is a powerful accelerator, it is best to incorporate it at the end of the mixing process together with ZnO. Particularly in compounds with a high rubber content, high viscosity or containing large amounts of active carbon black, MTT should be incorporated into the otherwise finished compound while it is being preheated for conversion.

Mercure TMT is thiurams accelerators which is used mainly in rubber industry.

CDD(CUMDC) Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

Rokem TBBS is N-tert-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, a grayish-white powder or granular accelerator.

TMTD (TT) Powder is Thiuram. It is white or grayish powder, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform,carbon disulfide, insoluble in water and gasoline.

MBTS (DM) Oil Powder is Thiazole. It is white or light yellow powder with slightly bitter taste, nonpoisonous, soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, ethyl alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. It is stable in storage.

H is a Rubber accelerator.

DPG (D) Powder is Guanidine. It is without odor and poison, easily soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, ethanol; slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride; insoluble in water and gasoline.

Nurcacit MBS GRS provides extended scorch safety and good green stock storage stability compared to CBS or TBBS. It is recommended for applications where extended scorch safety is required such as thick extrusions. Stock with high loading of furnace blacks such as ISAF and SAF. Its long scorch delay is also advantageous in injection or transfer molding operations.

DETU Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

Nurcacit ZDBC PDR is a primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR. IIR or EPDM. ZDMC is used in both natural and synthetic latex for faster curing than with ZDEC or ZDMC. Furthermore, it is an antioxidant in rubber-based adhesive systems.

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR is the medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondaryaccelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. It’s critical temperature is 80º C, so could be used as raw materials for pharmatical and dye and the test reagent for OS and Rh.
