Rostabil DDPP is an alkyl-aryl phosphite in the form of a clear, homogeneous liquid with a characteristic, delicate fragrance. It is used as a process stabilizer in plastics processing. It prevents degradation of polymer materials providing thermal and process protection. The use of Rostabil DDPP stabilizer eliminates the effect of yellowing of materials. It significantly enhances the color stability of pigment-containing materials and provides transparency to non-pigmented products.

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR is the medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondaryaccelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. It’s critical temperature is 80º C, so could be used as raw materials for pharmatical and dye and the test reagent for OS and Rh.

Microsphere® FN-100S is chlorinated free grade and is medium temperature expansive product.

Paychlor D-42 are used in blends with PAYAL’S PAYFLEX series to optimize cost, viscosity and processability. An extensive range of chlorinated paraffin grades are available ranging from chlorine content 0.36 to 0.65 and specific gravity 1.1 to 1.50.

TPE Solutions TPV 170A Precolored Gray is a thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), that is based on PP/EPDM. It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM or polychloroprene, and traditional thermoplastic TPVs/TPEs. TPV – 170A Precolored Gray provides the performance of vulcanizated rubber with the advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. Excellent oil and chemical resistance with a maximum service temperature of 275°F. It is ozone, UV and water resistant as well. This grade is also considered polyolefin.

PAL® compounds are environmentally sustainable, 100% recyclable, olefin based alternative used to replace melt extruded flexible PVC. When PAL compounds are used in place of flexible PVC, they approximate the look and feel of flexible PVC but are completely 100% PVC free.
