Gillfab® 1367B is a high strength, light-weight, low FST grade liner constructed from woven S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and a 1 ml white Tedlar® overlay on the face side. 1367M is the product designation when supplied in roll stock.

Resinoid 2016P is a fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering excellent resistance to mechanical shock. It is supplied in pellet form suitable for transfer and compression molding. This material can also be used in injection molding systems with deep flight screws

Astaply HL4645 offers thermosetting liquid resins, specially formulated for the manufacturing of interior grade plywood. In the cured state, the resin is a cross-linked, insoluble, infusible material.

PVB Phenolic resins are a family of thermoset resins that display outstanding structural rigidity, toughness, and adhesive strength. They are used primarily in ballistic helmet and vehicle applications once impregnated into high performance aramid fabrics. These fabrics offer exceptional ballistic performance in vehicle spall liner applications and versus fragmentation threats, as well as excellent structural and thermal properties. Standard configurations conform to MIL-DTL-62474 aramid fabric reinforced laminates for composite armor.

Gillfab® 1002 is a high temperature laminate made from phenolic resin with fiberglass cloth reinforcement.

Nomex® AHN-4120-3/8-1.5 is an Aerospace Grade Nomex® Honeycomb which exhibits high strength and toughness in a small cell, low density, non-metallic honeycomb. It is particularly noted for its corrosion resistance. This material is fire resistant and is typically used in transport aircraft construction where low O.S.U., smoke, and toxicity characteristics are a necessity. This material also exhibits good thermal insulation properties and also has good dielectic properties. This honeycomb is easily machined, formed, and shaped and well suited to adhesive bonding.

Yalub BODPA is an antioxidant that contains butylated, octylated DPA.

POLYTONE™ AP 130 is a non heat reactive thermoplastic alkyl phenolic resin designed to give a consistent performance as a reinforcing resin in synthetic and natural rubber based goods that require high hardness, excellent chip and abrasion resistance when cross linked with a methylene donor.

HexPly® 200 is a phenolic resin used extensively in fire proof components such as engine cowlings, fire walls, rocket nozzles and exit gas cones. The low smoke density and very low toxicity during ignition meet the requirements of FAR 25 and ATS 1000-001 specifications. The HexPly® 200 system has excellent ablative resistance and is available in fabric reinforcements and single tows.

CORMASTER NOMEX® INDUSTRIAL Hexagonal C2 - 4,8 is a high performance lightweight material for industrial applications and non metallic structures made from NOMEX® T722 paper sheets bonded together and coated with a phenolic resin.

Heresite VR-514 air-dry phenolic coating is specially formulated to permit application by brush, spray or roller. Some of its outstanding properties are excellent durability, good adhesion, good film building characteristics and flexibility. When cured, VR-514 will produce a hard, corrosion resistant film, recommended as a heavy-duty coating for exposure to splash, spillage and fumes. Successful applications include: HVAC equipment, agricultural implements, chemical plants, canning factories, construction equipment, marine finishes, steel plants, sewage disposal plants, textile industry, underground and ventilating systems. VR-514 is a primer-finish combination material specially formulated for marine/salt water environments. When the finished product is going to be exposed to direct UV rays, a topcoat of Heresite UC-5500 series is recommended.

CORMASTER NOMEX® AEROSPACE Hexagonal C1 6,4 is the ideal lightweight material for aeronautical applications and non metallic structures made from NOMEX® T412 paper sheets bonded together and coated with a phenolic resin.

JYANOX 1098 Antioxidant is characteristics of nondiscoloring; low volatility; good extraction.

SUNOX® 1076 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is highly efficient, nondiscoloring stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oilsand fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation.

Resinoid 2277 is a chopped fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molding applications where a lightweight, high strength material with good impact strength is needed. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for transfer or compression molding and can be used in injection molding systems with deep flight screws. Resinoid 2277 meets the requirements of ASTM D-5948 CFI-20 (Formerly MIL M14/1 CFI-20).

Resinoid 1382 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound formulated for applications requiring exceptional tensile strength. It has been used to replace cast aluminum in certain applications. Resinoid 1382 exhibits excellent dimensional stability, electrical and thermal properties. It is supplied in pelletized form for use in injection, transfer, and compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Gillfab® 1368B series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using woven S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face and/or back side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

EVERNOX-B410 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

Thermo-Cor™ FR 2.0 phenolic foam is a rigid, semi-closed celled, foam that comes in a full range of densities from 2.0 pcf to 40.0 pcf.Thermo-Cor FR has a higher compression strength ratio than competing phenolic foams of the same density. Its superior structural strength makes it well suited for stand-alone panels and stress skins used either as thermal or acoustical insulation for commercial applications, especially in hospitals, nursing homes and other public places where low smoke and toxicity are important.
