SYNTHALAT A 085 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings. It offers good mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, primers and lacquers, and also in marine transportation.

SYNTHALAT A-TS 3737 is a hydroxyfunctional acrylic resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and forced-drying 2-pack coatings with high abrasion-, chemical-, and weather-resistance for general industrial coatings. It has applications in marine coatings, metal coatings, industrial maintenance, marine transpostation, and industrial coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 086 HS is a hydroxyfunctional acrylic resin. Combined with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates to produce air- and forced-drying two-pack coatings for common industrial coatings that have strong abrasion, chemical, and weather resistance. Additional characteristics include fast drying and excellent adherence to various metals and subrates. Around 470 g/l of VOC as a top coat at 21 seconds. It has applications in marine transportation, industrial coatings, industrial maintenance, metal coatings, and marine coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 150 S is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings with high mechanical resistance and high resistance to chemicals and weathering. It has applications in marine coatings, industrial coatings, metal coatings, automotive OEM coatings, and industrial maintenance.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 3758 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3758 is a special modified polyacrylic polymer. It reduces drastically surface tension of organic coating systems. This, together with good compatibility in most solvent-based systems and with minimal foam stabilizing effect, makes it very effective as an anti-crater and flow control agent for all solvent-based coatings.

Afcona - 4720 is a 100% active, solvent-free dispersing agent based on an AB blocked polymer and a group of anchoring agents. Its advanced 3-block high molecular weight structure allows the development of pigment dispersions that exhibit better compatibility in broad applications.

Afcona - 4401 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant used for the deflocculation of all types of pigments.

Afcona - 3779 is a leveling agent specifically designed for solvent-based coatings.

Crestomer® Advantage 30 Structural Adhesive is a white, high-performance structural adhesive offering the same advantages as Crestomer® 1151A but in a more convenient, pre-packed 380ml co-axial cartridge. It is particularly suitable for marine applications and has Lloyd's approval. The opaque white color of the adhesive blends well aesthetically with cosmetically sensitive applications.

Crestomer® 1186PA Structural Adhesive is a multi-purpose structural adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics, and polymeric materials. In addition, it exhibits superior properties for impact resistance and resistance to crack propagation when compared to polyester bonding pastes. This product is pre-accelerated and maintains a high-strength structural bond even when used as a gap filler with non-slumping and low-odor properties. It has been certified by Lloyds.

Crestafix® 621CC 85 Bonding Paste is a pre-accelerated urethane acrylate/ isophthalic polyester high performance bonding paste. It is a non-sagging, filled compound, specifically designed for the assembly and bonding of GRP moldings. This highliy thixotropic polyester can also be used on timber and plasterboard.

Crestomer® Advantage 10 Structural Adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates with minimal surface preparation and a lower odor when compared to competitive materials. It is white in color and has a fast gel time of 10 minutes, with a workable time of 70 minutes for bonded parts. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and exhibits exceptional impact strength and toughness. Its excellent adhesion and gap-filling capabilities offer great flexibility in design with significant time and cost savings.

Crestomer® 1151A Structural Adhesive has Lloyd's approval. This high-performance structural adhesive and filleting compound is specially designed for bulk applications with either a 10:1 catalyst ratio or a 50:1 catalyst ratio. It exhibits non-sagging and fast-gelling properties, enabling the user to work with bonded parts in 2 hours. Compared to other competitive structural adhesives, this product has noticeably less odor and can be used to bond a wide range of substrates with minimal surface preparation.

Crestomer® 1152PA Structural Adhesive provides high performance and is designed for demanding applications. It creates tough bonds with greater movement and allows for significant time, cost, and weight savings. This product has reduced styrene emissions, and it greatly improves cosmetics. It can be used to bond many substrates and has certified approvals from Lloyds, DNV, and RINA.

Crestomer® Advantage 60 Structural Adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates with minimal surface preparation and a lower odor when compared to competitive materials. It is white in color and has a gel time of 60 minutes, with a workable time of 3 hours for bonded parts. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and exhibits exceptional impact strength and toughness. Its excellent adhesion and gap-filling capabilities offer great flexibility in design with significant time and cost savings.

Crestomer® 1196PA Structural Adhesive is a low-density, high-performance structural core adhesive with good gap-filling properties. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and is used in sandwich construction where strong, tough, highly impact-resistant structures are required. Compared to other core bonding methods, this product has reduced print through, reduced weight, and outstanding adhesion. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates. This product has been formulated to bond core materials such as rigid PVC foam and balsa to cured or semi-cured FRP skins. Using Crestomer® 1196PA gives a significantly tougher and more durable structural bond than a polyester resin/glass structure or polyester bonding adhesive. In addition, it provides significant weight savings, reduced styrene emissions, and greatly improved cosmetics with the elimination of core print-through.

Crestomer® 1153PA Structural Adhesive provides high performance and a long open time designed for demanding applications. More suited to large structural uses, it creates tough bonds with greater movement and allows for significant time, cost, and weight savings to be made. This product has reduced styrene emissions and greatly improves cosmetics. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates.

Crestomer® 1150PA is a two-part, pre-accelerated, highly thixotropic structural adhesive that is based on unsaturated urethane-acrylate in styrene monomer. It is used in many structural composite applications and has excellent adhesion to FRP laminates, core materials, wood, and some metals. This product can be used for bonding diesel tanks, contour joints in FRP components, building up damaged areas, and bonding "green" FRP.

HEA is the most reasonable hydroxyalkyl acrylate. It is first choice for crosslinking site of acrylic resin of paintings, adhesives, inks etc. HEA is also useful to control Hydrophilicity and adhesion to polar substrate because of it polar hydroxyalkyl moiety. Our HEA has lower Di-ester impurities than any other companies. It is useful for many industries who want to control cross-linking side reaction. Be careful handling HEA because it has toxicity, corrosivity, mutagenicity because of its fundamental reactivity. We also have lower toxic hydroxyalkyl acrylate, 4-HBA (4-hydroxybutyl acrylate).

HPA is one of the reasonable hydroxyalkyl acrylates like HEA. It is second choice for crosslinking site of acrylic resin of paintings, adhesives, inks etc. HPA is also useful to control Hydrophilicity and adhesiveness to polar substrate because of it polar hydroxyalkyl moiety. HPA has low di-ester because the reactivity of secondary hydroxyl group is lower than primary hydroxyl group.

Domacryl 0769 45 Wa/BG/SA is a secondary acrylic dispersion with a medium OH number. This resin was developed as a polyol component for cost-efficient 2K PUR aqueous clear and top coats for wood, plastic and metal surfaces.
