AL 69C is a 50/50 mixture of AL69 with N330 carbon black to form a free flowing granule that is easy to use and at the same time utilize the properties of the AL 69 silane. AL 69 is a bifunctional polysulfidic organosilane for the rubber industry. It is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on their surface (e.g., silicas, silicates, clay, etc.), and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve crosslinking network properties.

Black Masterbatch 944 is recommended for injections, Blow moldings, Cables, Sheets, Pipes, Water Pipes and Compound.

Black 6050 is a LDPE based masterbatch containing high purity carbon black. It is designed for use in films that require excellent surface performance and high jetness, and in ultra thin agricultural films that needs high opacity.

The type and fineness of 50% Carbon Black Masterbatch affects the dispersion and we choose pure virgin LDPE at high MFI as carrier. Carbon black is light, fluffy, and easy to fly. If not handled properly, it will stain the machine and workers and make the working environment dirty. Therefore, factories generally choose black masterbatch to complete the pre-dispersion. Black masterbatch is processed by using a mixer to completely mix carbon black and base resin. The type and fineness of carbon black affects the dispersion. And we choose pure virgin LDPE at high MFI as carrier.

Black ABS2718 is an economy, high tint strength black masterbatch based on ABS containing high opacity carbon black. It is designed for use in jet black, high gloss injection molding items, sheets and pipes for general purpose. Not suitable for blowing film.

Continental Carbon N774 is easy mixing, high loading, and easy extrusion black. Used in belts, hoses, molded goods, and footwear.

Regular Color Furnace Black (RCF) YFB3150 is a specialty carbon blacks for polymer systems. It is available in pellet form.

Supreme Black is a carbon black based masterbatch containing 55% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin. High-loading is required for economical performance.

Middle Color Furnace Black (MCF) YFB3055 is a specialty carbon blacks for polymer systems. It is available in pellet form.
