VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

VINNAPAS® eco EAF 67 is an aqueous polymer dispersion, free of plasticizers, produced from vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylate monomers. This dispersion serves as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, exhibiting excellent cohesion and adhesion properties that remain effective even at elevated temperatures. The production of VINNAPAS® eco EAF 67 utilizes APEO-free surface active agents.

VINNAPAS® EAF 68 is a plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylate. VINNAPAS® EAF 68 is especially suitable as a raw material to manufacture floor covering adhesives, especially for carpets and PVC floor coverings. VINNAPAS® EAF 68 can also be used for the production of pressure-sensitive adhesives, such as self-adhesive tapes, films, labels, sound insulation mats, and heat insulation mats. VINNAPAS® EAF 68 may additionally be used as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.

Bomar BR-3641AA is an aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate with a high molecular weight and theoretical 1.3 functionality. Films formulated with BR- 3641AA are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. When formulated as an adhesive, this oligomer is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier. This oligomer offers improved adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

BOMART BR-3641AJ is an aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate with a high molecular weight and theoretical 1.3 functionality. Films formulated with BR-3641AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

KURARAY POVAL™ 20-98 by Kuraray is an odorless, fully saponified polyvinyl alcohol. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It provides high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 20-98 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

KURARAY POVAL™ 9-88 is partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade by Kuraray. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It offers good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It exhibits good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 9-88 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is recommended for use in postage stamps and labels.

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-85 by Kuraray is a water-soluble, partially saponified, odorless polyvinyl alcohol. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is designed for use in remoistenable adhesives. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-85 complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-83 by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-83 is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material for the production of aqueous adhesive solution. It features excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. It is biodegradable and recyclable. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-83 is used in producing silicon base paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels and also in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry, films applications.

KURARAY POVAL™ 28-98 by Kuraray is a fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It shows good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It offers good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 28-98 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. This grade is designed for use in postage stamps and labels.

KURARAY POVAL™ 18-88 S2 by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. It provides extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 18-88 S2 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives.
