Silquest™ A-1230 is a proprietary nonionic silane dispersing agent. Acts as reactive wetting and dispersing agent. It provides moisture-initiated crosslinking of resins, improved wet adhesion, flexibility, improved chemical resistance, weatherability, rheology and durability. Has no organic reactivity and it is a hydrophilic modifier. Used in SMC, excellent dispersion in WB system for fillers and pigments.

Vitro Minerals LA-300 are functional fillers and extenders produced from clean, post-industrial, glass feedstocks. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy confirms that the LA Glass calcium aluminosilicate powders are fully amorphous and contain no crystalline silica. Guangxi Zhongchang Resin RPF100W series resin series are made from modified rosin with special process. Provide excellent dissolvability in low carbon alcohol, light color aging resistance and light resistance.Widely used in alcohol soluble and water soluble precoated adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, plastic printing ink and electronic flux.

TAFIGEL PUR 65 is an associative thickener which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 65 provides strong pseudoplastic rheological profile with excellent shear thinning characteristics. It can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. TAFIGEL PUR 65 is designed for use in industrial coatings. Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.

PolyAziridine Global PZP-1000 is a propylene imine tri-functional polyaziridine that is used as a cross linker for both aqueous and non-aqueous coatings, inks, and adhesives to promote both physical and chemical properties. The aziridine end groups can react with active hydrogen as found on carboxyl groups of acrylic emulsions or polyurethane dispersions. PZP-1000 is added at levels of 1% to 3% to finished formulated coatings, inks, or adhesives. It is added slowly and under good agitation. After mixing, an aqueous system with a pH of 9.0-9.5 will typically have a pot life of 18-36 hours. This time will be reduced when the pH is lower.

COLOR PASTE WI BLUE 61 is an APEO free water based dispersion of organic pigments. Total pigment concentration: about 39 %.

Omnirad 184 is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

COLOR PASTE W BLU 61 is a water borne dispersion of organic and inorganic pigments. Pigment concentration is about 48 % .

COLOR PASTE WA BLACK is an APEO-free water dispersion of carbon black. Total pigment concentration: 37-39%.

GlucoStar® C500F-HV is a coldwater soluble, high viscosity, anionic polymer for use in industrial applications. It is a substituted natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: solution stability, surface activity, water retention, improved rheology and viscosity. GlucoStar C500F-HV also offers a unique alternative to competitive natural and synthetic water-soluble polymers. GlucoStar C500F-HV is specifically designed for use as a viscosifier in vat dyestuffs for textile flat goods printing applications. In addition, the ultra-low level of insoluble particles and high viscosity of GlucoStar C500F-HV makes it a good thickener for screen-printing

COLOR PASTE WI WHITE 4 is a waterborne dispersion of rutile titanium dioxide.

COLOR PASTE WA BLUE 61 is an APEO free water based dispersion of organic pigments. Total pigment concentration: about 44%.

AGITAN 760 is a highly effective siloxane defoamer for aqueous emulsion and water reducible systems. It is particularly effective in aqueous printing inks. A non-ionic structure provides excellent compatibility with most common binders.

FASCAT® 4224 is a clear light colored liquid highly selective for polyurethane systems. Exhibits hydrolytic stability found to be useful in waterborne coatings and adhesives. Applications may include formulations when the adhesive or coating needs long pot life at room temperature, but would cure quickly at elevated temperatures such as a hot mold or oven.

Winlex 4100 is a pentaerythritol ester of rosin which has been stabilized to provide excellent heat and aging stability. Useful in a wide variety of adhesives due to its stability, low volatility and polymer compatibility.
