Sucre Plus CALIBRATED SUGAR 800

CALIBRATED SUGAR 800 is a sugar crystallized from beets. It is sieved and even calibrated to obtain a homogeneous size of crystals. This product is perfectly suited to a manufacturing process sensitive to the unwanted presence of fine crystals. The size of the crystals is a little smaller than the 2000 calibrated sugar and the 1350 calibrated sugar. Its grain size is 0.8 mm with a low coefficient of variation. Its legal name is white sugar, conventional farming.
