Nexentia

Nexentia is an intra-enterprise of the Corona Organization that arises from a collaboration agreement signed for 15 years with the University of Antioquia. The main purpose of this agreement is to gather technical (physical and chemical), commercial and business development knowledge to solve relevant problems in our society based on two technological lines developed within the Colloid Group of the UdeA: elaboration of nanoparticles and techniques microencapsulation from non-metallic minerals. At the same time, we are an initiative aligned with the open innovation strategy declared within the Corona Organization, which will open the way for us to enter new industries with our non-metallic minerals such as human and animal food, Agro, Pharmaceutical, and cosmetics.
