MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0205-14 EA is a base polymer consisting of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. It has special features including a slip agent, migration towards surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® CFX ABS+PC 1000 UV 19004 is a modified Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with polycarbonate and UV stabilized filler/additive system designed to give a special metallic effect and good flow. To maintain its quality, keep it dry and protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT+ASA A 4212/507 MR/GF12 is a polybutylene terephthalate + acrylonitrile styrene acrylate with 12% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It is pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 90-115°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. During injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 250-280°C and the mold temperature between 60-100°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/1 SV1115-08MCF is a polycarbonate injection molding grade with a metallic effect and low tendency to flow lines. It is suitable for use in the automotive, building and construction markets. Pre-drying is recommended in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-3 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. Pre-drying Conditions require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. For Processing Injection molding, a melt temperature between 200-240°C and a mold temperature between 50-80°C is recommended. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2040/652 GF 40 UV CP is a Polypropylene Homopolymer pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. It is processed using Injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It contains 40% glass fibers and is chemically coupled, UV stabilized, easy release (demolding), slip agent and heat stabilized. Pre-drying conditions must be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing temperature for injection molding should be between 270-290°C, mold temperature should be between 80-100°C, and it should be protected from light and stored at temperatures below 30°C.
