ALTECH® PC A 1000/500

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/500 is a polycarbonate-based product with easy flow, heat stabilization, and easy release (demolding) features. It is suitable for various injection-molded parts. Before processing, it should be pre-dried under 120°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. During processing, it should be injection-molded at a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. After processing, it should be protected from light and stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
