ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF40

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF40 is a Polyamide 66 base polymer with 40% carbon fibers filler/additive system. It is designed to be electrically conductive with reduced surface resistivity, heat stabilized, and high stiffness. For optimal performance, pre-drying conditions of 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h with a max. moisture content of <0.15% is recommended. This material is suitable for injection molded parts in the automotive and machinery markets and is typically used for applications such as bearings and functional components. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.
