- Dosage according to needs. Glaze prevents pastry, fresh fruit and wafer disks from drying out and allows to obtain a smooth and shiny surface. Before further processing, they are diluted with about 60% water, heated to approx. 90°C so that they melt and then brushed hot onto the product. Mix cafrefully 1 kg of concentrate with 0,6kg cold water, bring to the boil and set aside for 2 minutes before use. Product for confectionery craftsmanship and industry.
