Dragonox® 1098 can be widely used for nylon 6, nylon 66, PE, PP, PA, rubber, and so on. This product is non-discoloring and has low volatility, good extraction resistance in hot water, and a good synergistic effect with general antioxidants. The recommended use level for this product is 0.1－0.5%.

Dragonox® 1135 is an excellent antioxidant that may be used in a variety of polymers. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly well suited for use in forced air cooling processes for PU. This product is used in the stabilization of PV flexible slabstock foams to prevent the formation of peroxides in the polyol during storage and transport and to further protect against scorching during foaming. It also helps prevent fogging in automotive applications, and the low volatility of this product makes it a perfect fit where meat liquids, emulsions, suspensions, solutions, or melts are an integral part of polymer manufacturing and processing. This product has the convenience of a pumpable liquid that can be added before, during, or after polymerization.

Dragonox® 1425 is a high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant containing phosphorus. This product is a highly efficient, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils, and fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation. This product is odorless, stable to light, and has excellent color retention. Dragonox® 5057 is used as an excellent co-stabilizer in polyurethane foams, such as in combination with hindered phenols like Dragonox® 1135. Core discoloration or scorching results from the exothermic reactions of a diisocyanate with polyol and a diiscocyanate with water during the manufacture of flexible polyurethane slabstock foams. Proper stabilization of these polyols using Dragonox® 5057 protects against oxidation during storage and transport and also provides scorch protection during foaming. This product can also be used with other polymers, such as elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.
