Germa-Gel®

Germa Gel is a crystal clear cake glaze. It is economical to use with an addition of 20g per liter. This product is purely vegetable. The effective gelling agents are carrageenan, pectin and locust bean gum. It is gelatin-free and can be mixed with water or fruit juice. It remains stable even when aromas, spices or spirits are added.
