IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Access Rudolf Organosilane G 312 is a multifunctional silane that provides excellent adhesion, crosslinking, and water repellency to coatings, sealants, and adhesives. It can enhance the overall performance and durability of the treated surfaces, making it an ideal choice for various applications.

AFCONA 7202 is mainly recommended for UPE resin systems. It is considered to be a moderately strong defoamer, so it is not suitable for unpigmented or clear systems. Adding AFCONA - 7202 to resin may result in in-can haziness, but this will have a minimal effect on the final gloss and will not affect the other properties of the system.

AFCONA 3258 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3258 has been developed to replace fluorocarbon modified leveling agents, providing the same leveling and anti-crater performance. It is the 100% active version of AFCONA 3758.

Mistron® CB6 is a functional mineral used in the manufacture of paints, polymers, etc. It is mainly composed of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

Access Rudolf Organosilane A311 3-Aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane is a versatile silane coupling agent with 3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane as its active ingredient. It improves adhesion and durability of various organic and inorganic substrates, particularly those containing hydroxyl groups. It can be used as a Intermediate, adhesives, sealants and laboratory chemical.

ACCESS® Organosilane A301B is a high-quality adhesion promoter designed to enhance the bonding properties of various substrates. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a low viscosity that can be easily added to different types of coating formulations. This product is suitable for use in paints, coatings, and sealants, and is especially effective on hard-to-bond substrates such as glass and metal.

DCL Yellow 10C151 is an inorganic chromatic yellow pigment produced by high-temperature calcination. It has excellent UV and visible opacity, is chemically inert and heat-resistant, and is stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding, non-migratory, and has exceptional durability and hiding power. It is generally used in applications where resistance to heat, light, and weather are needed, and is compatible with most resin systems and polymers while also being non-warping. Typical applications include coatings and other applications that require equivalent pigment chemistry.

The particle size distribution and top size of this product are engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness/impact resistance.

AFCONA 7530 is specifically designed for rheology control and is recommended for use in unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and flexible PU compounding applications. It contains hydroxyl, carboxylic, amine and amide groups, which form a hydrogen bonding network that leads to improved rheology control.

DCL 1036 Lemon Yellow, PY.34 (stir in) is a standard lemon chrome yellow pigment with stir-in properties used in plastic and coating. The applications of this product are estricted to industrial and professional inks, coatings, plastics, and roadmarking (subject to regional legislation).

DCL 2443 Vat Orange, PO.43 is a bright, high-chroma orange pigment with excellent overall properties and high tint strength, suitable for nearly all types of coatings and plastics applications. It can be used to formulate pastel colors and for shading as well as creating copper metallic shades; however, full shade applications may have a tendency to darken upon exposure.

DCL Black 411A is a brown-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, high infrared reflection, and is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, has low heat build-up, exceptional durability, and hiding power. It is generally used in applications requiring resistance to heat, light, and weather, and is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping. Typical applications include liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 2665 Hansa Yellow, PY.65 is a bright reddish shade hansa yellow with very good weather fastness properties and is recommended for industrial coatings. It also exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating applications.

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL Violet 11T is a red-violet powder produced by a high temperature precipitation process, giving a non-migrating and non-bleeding pigment. It has fair heat stability but poor exterior durability. Typical applications (non inclusive) are toning clear and white resins to mask yellowing and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 131-XF Nat Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.102 is a yellow-shaded micronized natural red iron oxide used in the coating of metal substrates in primers and other applications where low cost and excellent chemical resistance are needed. Some areas of application include the construction industry for the coloration of ceramics, cement, concrete, bricks, mortar, asphalt, and glass.
