The resulting Alfalfa juice powder concentrate provides a broad spectrum of nutritional benefits:
- A concentrated source of protein providing more than 50 Yo protein.
- Contains 18 amino acids, including the eight essentialamino acids that our body must obtain from the diet.
- Supplies 13 minerals and is a good source of the buffer minerals potassium, magnesium and especially calcium.
- Provides 8 vitamins, among them Beta-Carotene, Vitamin 81,Bl2, 86, 87 and Vitamin E.
- Excellent source of Ghlorophyl and Xanthophyls. Ghlorophyll is a powerfulantioxidant used to eliminate body odor, clean the digestive tract, detoxify the liver, and help prevent anemia and oxidative stress of the cells.
