Arrabawn comprises dairy, food ingredients and agri business units that produce a range of B2B and dairy consumer products. Arrabawn Op Skim Milk Powder is a premium product and produced from the highest quality milk of the peak summer months. Our Skim Milk Powder is processed on the day of arrival at our BRC accredited facility in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary to ensure low spore counts. We produce SMP from both medium and high-heat forms, depending on customer needs. We also vary packaging size and protein levels, again in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

Arrabawn Op Acid Casein is used in Infant nutrition, sports nutrition, protein bars, confectionary, coffee creamers and whiteners, cream liquors, processed and analog imitation cheeses, among other products.

Arrabawn Op ACID CASEIN

Arrabawn Op Caseinate is a natural and slow digestible protein source with a wide variety of applications. The milk protein is dispersible and fully water soluble and shows excellent functional properties. Our Customers rate our amino acid profile and emulsification abilities of our grass fed caseinates as key attributes of the product. Arrabawn Caseinates are also valued for their source of protein, high aeration capacity, their high fat and water binding capacity, while also maintaining freeze/ thaw stability. Variety’s available include Sodium Caseinate, Calcium Caseinate and more.

Arrabawn Op Permeate product offers all the benefits of lactose but at a more competitive price. It contains one whey protein (2% approximately) and, as with our Acid Whey, this permeate is neutral.

Arrabawn Op WPC 35 Hi-Gel. is a milk comes from grass fed cows, the mineral composition of our milk allows for a Hi Gel characteristic in our concentrated whey. The characteristics of this highly sought-after product include all the nutritional benefits of skim milk powder, with the added benefit of texture and no GMP.

Arrabawn Op Neutralized Acid Whey is approximately 9% whey protein and includes lactose and a variety of beneficial amino acids that have the capacity to refine, improve and cut costs in many applications. Unlike the sweet whey that is produced from cheese, Acid Whey is flavor neutral and, therefore, does not require flavor enhancers to mask taste but still delivers the crucial whey or whey solids component.
