Hybtonite® CA40

Hybtonite® CA40, CNT modified epoxy resin. It is a low viscosity, solvent free 100 % reactive resin. The system will give increased impact resistance, elongation to break and fatigue compared to any traditional epoxies. It also attaches functional chemical groups covalently to the CNTs. When epoxy resin is cured, these functional groups take part in the polymerization process creating a strong hybrid structure between matrix and CNTs. Due to that nanocarbonepoxy resins possess revolutionary properties compared to the standard epoxy resins. Providing the outstanding performance in numerous composite as well as non-composite bonding applications, nanocarbonepoxy Hybtonite offers ease of use, durability and a consistently high quality. Can be used in marine, automotive industry and in many other industrial applications.
