The product has two available presentations:
Flake and Granular or Chopped.
- Different ranges of particle size are made. The granulometry to be used in the preparation of the various foods is related to the final texture to be achieved in the product.
- Soy texturing is used in the production of meat products; emulsions, hamburgers, sausages and other derivatives.
- It also has other applications such as: ingredient for batter mix, batters, cereal bars, food preparations, among others.
