WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. This product is optimized for insulation coating applications in disk power semiconductors. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits thixotropic behavior, ensuring easy application and positioning. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is transparent, has a medium hardness, and offers high flexibility as a low-stress adhesive.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6294 A/B is a two-component, solventless liquid silicone rubber (LSR) system that cures rapidly upon heating to a tough silicone rubber. This product provides good adhesion and has been formulated primarily as a high-strength, moderate-viscosity liquid rubber for fabric coating applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. This grade is specifically designed for textile coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B has a very low viscosity, allowing for good penetration into the substrate and a dry surface touch. It is particularly well suited for textile coating applications that require enhanced flame retardancy.
