UV Curable Conformal Coating 4200UV is a 1-part, UL-certified conformal coating formulated for rapid cure upon exposure to UV light. It is a low viscosity coating that retains high fluorescence after curing for ease of inspection, curing to a smooth, glass-like finish. The coating contains a secondary moisture cure mechanism that allows for curing in shadowed areas. 4200UV is a cost-effective option for large volume projects where both fast turn-around and higher throughput are required. It creates a rugged barrier protecting circuits from humidity, corrosion, fungus, dust, thermal shock and high voltage arcing.

It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F protects printed circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

844AR is a 1-part, solvent-based, permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.
