Metal Mark-4, is water based heat resistant marking paint used for production line coding and identification of ambient and hot metals. It is non-flammable and is formulated for spray application using automatic marking equipment. Metal Mark-4 cures rapidly upon application to both ambient and hot surfaces eventually forming a hard, insoluble, chemically bonded, and highly visible white coating.

Metal Mark-30UV is water based heat resistant marking paint used for production line coding and identification of ambient and hot metals. It is non-flammable and is formulated for spray application using automatic marking equipment. Metal Mark-30UV cures rapidly upon application to both ambient and hot surfaces eventually forming a hard, insoluble, chemically bonded, and highly visible white coating. The Metal Mark-30UV can also accept laser markings.

Metal Mark 105 is water based high-temperature white hot marking ink for marking steel slabs, coils and plates.

CG Series pad printing ink is a specialty 2-component pad printing ink formulated for use with glass, ceramics, and metals. In addition, print on plated surfaces, chromed surfaces, hard plastics, epoxy resins, and lacquered surfaces. The printed result appears opaque and has a satin gloss. CG Series pad printing ink for glass offers excellent adhesion, rapid cross-linking, and improved abrasion resistance with a heat cure after printing. CG series ink is dishwasher safe once heat cured.

MB Series pad printing ink is the “go-to” high-gloss 2-component pad printing ink with excellent adhesion, even on difficult substrates. MB Series pad printing ink is an easy-to-use, fast-curing opaque ink series with superior mechanical and chemical resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkali on metals and hard plastics. In addition, MB series will print on metals, painted surfaces, hard plastics, pre-treated polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylics, powder-coated surfaces, and epoxy resins.

PN Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss specialty ink designed for printing on untreated polypropylene and offering excellent adhesion to most polypropylene-based substrates. The purer the substrate, the greater the adhesion without requiring pre-treatment. Additional applications include treated polypropylene, treated polyester, metal (do preventive tests), lacquered surfaces, and polyurethane.

J3 Series is a glossy, quick-drying, versatile 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. J3’s high opacity and superior resistance to adhesion and chemicals such as alcohol, acids, and alkali make it the ideal choice for industrial applications and vinyl. Common applications of the J3 series are ABS, SAN, PETG, VIVAK, polystyrene, polycarbonate, vinyl, soft & hard PVC, PVC copolymers, polymethacrylate, paper, wood, and varnished substrates.

BT Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-process, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. Adhere to a wide range of substrates such as ABS, SAN, acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, paper, corrugated board, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester foil, polyethylene, polypropylene (pre-treated), soft & hard PVC, wood, and polyurethane.

The SI-HD Series pad printing ink by Inkcups is the all-new ink for pad printing on silicone items such as kitchenware, pet supplies, promotional products, electronic controls and much more! This two-component silicone ink boasts excellent opacity and a glossy finish. The SI-HD Series pad printing ink dries completely in 4-7 minutes after drying in an oven at least 200°F (93°C). SB Series pad printing ink is a specialized 1- or 2-component ink with excellent adhesion to apparel and rubber-like substrates. The SB Eco Series is an eco-friendly pad printing ink for tagless applications such as cotton and linen, synthetic fabrics (polyester, rayon, nylon, poly blends, etc.), leather, synthetic leather, rubber and more. This 1- or 2-component ink is available in 23 standard colors, all of which can be found on this eco-friendly pad printing ink’s color card listed under Resources below.

SI Series ink is a 2 component ink specifically designed to print on silicone rubber parts. It can be applied by either screen or pad printing. The SI Series is opaque, glossy, flexible, and exceptionally resistant to abrasion. SI Series Inks are available in 8 standard colors. It is ideal for wristbands, buttons for controllers, touch pads and various promotional items which can pose a challenge when printing with other solvent based inks.

BA Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-use, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. It is a fast-drying ink that adheres to a wide range of substrates, such as ABS, SAN, Rigid PVC, pre-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonates, hard plastics, acrylics, wood, and finished substrates. As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Significantly increase abrasion resistance with the addition of hardener. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift.

The Superior Bio XP Yellow is a modern color-intense series designed for the widest possible field of applications. This series is suited for almost any type of printing machines (perfecting machines as well as straight printing presses). It is mineral oil and cobalt free and based on renewable raw materials

The Multi Pro Bio XP Magenta series is a modern all-round series designed for almost any type of high speed printing machines, even in perfecting and can be used for a large scale of absorbing printing substrates. PLT22 is used as soft and stiff polystyrene or PVC copolymers, ABS, SAN, polystyrene, polycarbonate, PETG, Vivak, polymethacrylate, paper and wood, acetate and cellulose acetate butyrate, treated polyester.

Cranfield Colors Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash Etching Ink Process Blue (Cyan) BLC 24911 is a quality etching ink for non-toxic printmaking this is a solvent-free cleaning, which is a unique etching ink which can be washed away with liquid soap and water. Suitable for all types of intaglio printing e.g. etching, aquatint and line engraving.

Norcote International UV Curable Ink System 04 Series is recommended for use on PVC (container and flat sheet), static cling vinyl, pressure sensitive vinyl's, many polyesters (print treated and top-coated) and some book cloths. The 04 series inks also work on some ABS materials.

PLT 2 is particularly indicated for the printing on ABS, rigid PVC, wood, paper and cardboard, as bicomponent ink also on pre-treated PE and PP, thermosetting plastics, metal, varnished surfaces, polyamide (PA).

UV N H-ECO Yellow does not require short-wave UV radiation for through hardening. It is of advantage that there is no heat development on the lamp. Thus, the stack temperature is similar to that of conventional inks. It can be cured with most novel Low Energy UV lamp systems.
