Deco-Chem’s Static Cling Ink Series is a leader of UV gloss, flat, textured and color coatings for static cling substrates. It’s the perfect ink choice for applications involving labels, window graphics, signs and decals. Static Cling ink exhibits outstanding flexibility and adhesion while still maintaining a tough surface.

A very light tack base meant for quick release where it is needed. It remains tacky for multiple runs and resists ambient dust accumulation. The PSTB cures rapidly and is low odor.

The Myflex series is a unique and sophisticated blend of polymers that demonstrates unusual toughness, flexibility, adhesion, gloss, and weatherability. The nature of the system requires uncommon solvents to achieve solution. As a result, the printed film has resistance to a variety of solvents and chemicals. Myflex is especially formulated for and has a natural adhesion to raw polyester film such as Mylar.

Deco-Chem’s Mirror Etch Resist inks are applied to the back of a mirror. Special chemicals will take away all of the mirror coating except for the etch resist, leaving a second surface mirror image where the Mirror Etch Resist was printed.

Deco Chem’s Grip Coating provides a slip resistant surface for interior use. Grip Coating uses a blend of oligomers and monomers that give a soft, rubbery surface without the addition of abrasive textures. Grip Coating is highly scratch resistant even with thicker coatings and adheres to a variety of different plastics, films and papers.

BT Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-process, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. Adhere to a wide range of substrates such as ABS, SAN, acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, paper, corrugated board, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester foil, polyethylene, polypropylene (pre-treated), soft & hard PVC, wood, and polyurethane.

Deco-Chem’s Conductive Inks are low electrical resistance properties. The main applications of Conductive Inks are for membrane switches, RFID antennas, and printed conductors. Deco-Chem’s conductive inks exhibit excellent flexibility and fast curing properties. This is a one part system ready to print straight from the container.

118-08 is a translucent blue, two component, solvent-resistant, electrically insulating ink, coating and adhesive suitable for screen printing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, polycarbonate and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional dielectric materials, this product is very resistant to methyl ethyl ketone. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Some applications for 118-08 include, but are not limited to, dielectric insulation of thick film circuitry, improving moisture resistance, arc track resistance, and weathering resistance of electrical/electronic devices.Features Blue, flexible epoxy dielectric, adheres to ITO

127-49A/B is an electrically conductive, two-component, silicone ink and coating suitable for high temperature applications. 127-49A/B is suitable for application via syringe dispensing and screen printing. Unlike typical conductive inks, the high temperature capability of this product makes it useful in a range of unique applications such as extreme performance coatings. 127-49A/B is also able to cure at room temperature.Features Ultra high temperature conductive ink

128-40(S) is a screen-printable high dielectric constant ink, and coating. This product features excellent adhesion to ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) sputtered surfaces, Mylar®, glass and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional materials, this product is very resistant to flexing, and creasing. 127-39 is a one component, electrically conductive, solvent-resistant ink and coating designed for screen-printing and syringe dispensing. This product features a high degree of flexibility and excellent adhesion to Kapton®, Mylar®, glass, polycarbonate ITO coated substrates as well as a variety of other substrates. 127-39 has the unique ability to adhere well to difficult to stick to surfaces such as silicone hardcoated acrylic and polycarbonate. Unlike many conductive inks 127-39 is resistant to harsh solvents such as MEK, high humidity environments including boiling water, and is resistant to aging and UV exposure.Features Chemically and abrasion resistant conductive ink

128-03A/B-187 is an opaque black, two component, solvent-resistant, electrically insulating ink and coating suitable for screen-printing. 126-26(SP) is a two-component, high performance, silicone ink, coating, and adhesive optimized for screen printing. 126-26(SP) features a low viscosity, has a quick cure time at elevated temperatures, and is highly solvent resistant upon cure. 126-26(SP) features excellent adhesion to many substrates including but not limited to Mylar, Kapton, many grades of TPU, and is able to be bonded to many grades of silicones and Teflon. 118-12 is a two component, solvent-resistant, electrically insulating ink, coating and adhesive suitable for screen printing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, polycarbonate and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to methyl ethyl ketone. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. 125-19FS is a flexible, re-workable, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink. Autobond ATB is a class of very high solids polymers that, when baked, yields a very tough, weatherable ink film that can be screen printed or roll coated. When pigmented, the mixture will contain smaller amounts of solvent in certain colors, thereby drastically reducing the VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). This blend of high-tech formulating combined with the best in available raw materials creates “Autobond.”

NovaCentrix Metalon HPR-059 water-based carbon black is a resistive ink with good adhesion, with the added benefit of water cleanup. Ideal for paper, plastics, glass, and metal substrates.

Deco-Chem’s Peelable Mask is a 100% solids ink that has been formulatd to act as a protective coating during the forming and cutting process. The Peelable Mask film, when completely cured, will peel easily from the surface of the substrate after forming and cutting.

Deco-Chem’s Dome Dam Ink is a UV curable, screen printable clear that provides a barrier to confine a 2-part urethane used for doming. Deco-Chem’s Dome Dam is a 100 percent solid compound that contains no solvents.

When properly cured, Deco-Chem’s Dry Erase ink becomes a rigid, transparent coating with outstanding chemical resistance. Use dry erase markers to mark the surface and wipe clean with a dry cloth without marring the surface.

4719 Top Coat Clear is a blend of “high tech” polymers specifically synthesized and produced for metal decorating applications. It has been developed to meet new appliance and automotive specifications. It has superior resistance to laundry group detergents and the new generation spot removers.

The coarse texture of sand blasted glass can be simulated by applying Deco-Chem’s Beaded Glass Etch ink. The appearance is similar to Simulated Glass Etch, but with bigger particles for a coarser texture. They make glass decorating safer by allowing screen printers to avoid sand blasting or the hazard of using hydrogen fluoride etch solutions.

Metabond is a new class of decorative coating originating from a polyester backbone which is blended with a high quality durable cross-linker. This blend of high tech formulating combines with the best in available raw materials to yield MBI series, the coating with excellent weatherability, chemical resistance, gloss, abrasion resistance and ease of printing.

The URE Series is a two-component urethane designed as a multi-purpose ink. The cured ink has excellent flexibility and chemical resistance. The URE Series has withstood 26 washing machine cycles without cracking, loss of color, or adhesion. This system was developed as a high solids coating for VOC compliance.

126-03(SP)A/B is a highly elastomeric, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink. This product features a highperformance design useful in a wide range of printing and coating applications and features excellent bonding to most metal and plastic substrates. NovaCentrix Metalon HPS-FG77 is a high loading silver flake ink that is Ideal for fine line printing, works well with paper, plastics, glass, and metal substrates, and is dispensable. It is a carbon black in aqueous base.

NovaCentrix Metalon HPS-FG57B offers good conductivity, excellent adhesion and is water resistant. It is a Ag flake ink in butyl carbitol.

Krinkle-Tex is a two-component thermoset ink system designed to impart a crystalline appearance. This unique formulation provides a durable, decorative finish for automotive, appliance, furniture applications, and more. Krinkle-Tex has demonstrated excellent water and solvent resistance. It also exhibits excellent resistance to sun exposure.

Astrolex is a tough, low-odor ink for plastics. Although designed orginally for polycarbonate, it adheres to many other plastics, including pressure-sensitive vinyl and styrene. Ease of application is one of the most distinctive characteristics of Astrolex. The smooth and light consistency allows a clean cutting action during the squeegee traverse. A clean screen breakaway is achieved, followed by instant leveling to a very high gloss.

Deco-Chem’s Simulated Etch ink has a frosty, milky appearance. The degree of opacity and colors can be customized. The ink is weatherable, chemical resistant, abrasion resistant and easy to print. Simulated Etch ink also has excellent block resistant characteristics.

NovaCentrix Metalon HPS-021LV is an electrically conductive silver flake ink designed to produce conductive traces on low-temperature to high-temperature substrates such as paper, PET, glass, polyimide, and silicon. Metalon HPS-021LV ink is specially formulated for screen printing. It is a water-based Ag flake ink.
