Deco-Chem’s Dome Dam Ink is a UV curable, screen printable clear that provides a barrier to confine a 2-part urethane used for doming. Deco-Chem’s Dome Dam is a 100 percent solid compound that contains no solvents.

This coating can be used on a variety of substrates such as polycarbonate, treated and untreated polyesters, Kapton, epoxy/glass PC boards, glass and Indium Tin Oxide sputtered surfaces. A void-free coating is obtained that has good resistance to humidity, temperature and solvents. 127-24 is designed for use in crossover applications with various CMI conductive inks, including 118-09A/B, 118-41, 114-01,112-15, 125-15, 125-13 and 112-48 just to name a few. UV N H-ECO Cyan does not require short-wave UV radiation for through hardening. It is of advantage that there is no heat development on the lamp. Thus, the stack temperature is similar to that of conventional inks. It can be cured with most novel Low Energy UV lamp systems.
