Some applications for 119-10 include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches, electrical attachments for surface mounted devices, and anode coatings for tantalum capacitors as well as medical electrode applications. 119-10 is a pad-printable version of 108-38.Features Electrode ink

119-07 is a black, pad-printable, one component, high dielectric strength, epoxy ink and coating. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, aluminum, FR-4 boards, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional dielectric materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching, and thermal aging. CG Series pad printing ink is a specialty 2-component pad printing ink formulated for use with glass, ceramics, and metals. In addition, print on plated surfaces, chromed surfaces, hard plastics, epoxy resins, and lacquered surfaces. The printed result appears opaque and has a satin gloss. CG Series pad printing ink for glass offers excellent adhesion, rapid cross-linking, and improved abrasion resistance with a heat cure after printing. CG series ink is dishwasher safe once heat cured.

119-31TS is an extremely flexible, pad printable radio opaque ink and coating for application by pad printing and syringe dispensing. The product features excellent adhesion to PEBAX, Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional materials this product offers a balance of properties featuring excellent toughness high flexing, crease, and abrasion resistance as well as the ability to elongate and stretch. These properties make 119-31TS well suited for applications including, but not limited to, manufacturing of markers for medical devices and fluoroscopy as well as shielding for security applications. 119-31TS is a more chemically resistant version of 119-31T.Features Very flexible, low temperature curing, ideal for urethane, increased solvent resistance

119-21 is a pad-printable, solvent-resistant, electrically conductive ink and coating, suitable for pad-printing very narrow circuit lines. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, heat stabilized polyester, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to acetone and methyl ethyl ketone. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Some applications for 119-21 include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches, electrical attachments for surface mounted devices, and anode coatings for tantalum capacitors. 119-21 is a pad-printable version of 118-41.Features Abrasion resistant, adheres to ITO

122-06 is a pad-printable, high dielectric constant, epoxy based, ink, and coating. BT Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-process, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. Adhere to a wide range of substrates such as ABS, SAN, acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, paper, corrugated board, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester foil, polyethylene, polypropylene (pre-treated), soft & hard PVC, wood, and polyurethane.

117-31 is a pad-printable, electrically conductive ink and coating which is suitable for applications requiring subsequent plating operations. The product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching and thermal aging. Some applications for 117-31 include, but are not limited to, electroless, and electrolytic plating, anode and cathode coatings for capacitors, and as an underlying coating to prepare surfaces for plating and subsequent soldering. 117-31 can also be used as an underlying coating for decorative plating on various substrates.Features Plateable conductive ink

J3’s high opacity and superior resistance to adhesion and chemicals such as alcohol, acids, and alkali make it the ideal choice for industrial applications and vinyl. PN Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss specialty ink designed for printing on untreated polypropylene and offering excellent adhesion to most polypropylene-based substrates. The purer the substrate, the greater the adhesion without requiring pre-treatment. Additional applications include treated polypropylene, treated polyester, metal (do preventive tests), lacquered surfaces, and polyurethane.

113-49 is a pad printable radio opaque ink/coating for application by pad printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. The product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching, flexing and creasing. It is ideal for wristbands, buttons for controllers, touch pads and various promotional items which can pose a challenge when printing with other solvent based inks.

The SB Eco Series is an eco-friendly pad printing ink for tagless applications such as cotton and linen, synthetic fabrics (polyester, rayon, nylon, poly blends, etc.), leather, synthetic leather, rubber and more. This 1- or 2-component ink is available in 23 standard colors, all of which can be found on this eco-friendly pad printing ink’s color card listed under Resources below.

BA Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-use, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. It is a fast-drying ink that adheres to a wide range of substrates, such as ABS, SAN, Rigid PVC, pre-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonates, hard plastics, acrylics, wood, and finished substrates. As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Significantly increase abrasion resistance with the addition of hardener. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift.

F-123 Marking Ink is a mixed solvent, pigmented marking ink used for parts marking, identification, and color coding.

FluoroCoat MH, S and U-series thixotropic inks are screen printable coatings used in manufacturing hydrophobic and super-hydrophobic diagnostic microscopy slides, microarray plates and microfluidic devices. The MH-series inks are PTFE-based, heat-curable, super-hydrophobic and solvent resistant. The S-series inks are smooth and hydrophobic. U-series inks are screen-printable UV-light curable inks that are water, oil and chemicals repellent. FluoroCoat series inks are translucent or pigmented. After proper curing, masks have contact angles to water between 115 - 150° and have great chemical and solvent resistance. These inks are available in a wide variety of colors including black, white, red, blue, yellow and a wide variety of others. Custom color-matching and optimization for other properties is also offered when needed.

TPC 180 is the most universal pad printing ink, opaque suitable for thermoplastic materials as well as duroplastics, wood, paper and metals.

TPC 250 is a glossy pad printing ink for glass and bottle printing. Excellent ink for use on thermosets including, ceramics, metals; including chromed, nickel, gilded or rhodanised surfaces.

TPC 230 is a pad printing ink with maximum resistance. Best adhesion characteristics with thermoplastics, varnished surfaces, metals, NE-metals, polyamide PA, polycarbonate PC, polyester, polymethacrylate PMMA, polyurethane PUR and hard PVC. Used for industrial and advertising applications.

TPC 270 is a high resistence, sterilizable pad printing ink, glossy suitable for duroplastics, epoxy resins. Lacquerd bottles, diverse metals and thermoplastics.

TPC 301 is a printing ink free from cyclohexanone and aromatic compounds, for universal use on a wide range of substrates especially suitable on polystyrene PS and its modifications such as ABS, ASA, SAN, on PC, PBTP, CA, CAB, PMMA, PVC rigid, on 1-k- and in some cases on UV-laquers, wood and paper.

TPC 200 is a highly resistant, glossy pad printing ink Used in the technical industries and graphic fields for cellulose acetate CA, polyamide PA, polyester, acetyl resins (post-treated) POM, pre-treated polypropylene PP, thermoplastics, metals and varnished substrates (also for powder coated and 2 component painted surfaces).

TPC 760 is a UV-curing pad printing ink for printing onto pre-treated polypropylene suitable for PVC, PC, PET, styrene and its copolymers PS, SB, ABS, SAN and ASA.

TPC 118 is a highly opaque silk gloss pad printing ink for the printing of various kinds of plastic materials like hard and soft PVC, coated polyester and PET-G, polystyrene and its modifications such as ABS, ASA,SAN, acrylic glass PMMA and polycarbonate PC, pretreated polyolefine PP and PE, manifold coated surfaces and layers as well as cellulose acetate CA and CAB, papers and cardboard products.

TPC 320 is a universal, stable pad printing ink, very glossy suitable for thermoplastic materials, especially ABS, PS and its co-polymerisates ABS, ASA, SAN, hard PVC, PMMA and polycarbonate PC. On polyester, polyamide PA and other duroplasts pre-treatment may be necessary.

Kayaku Advanced Materials AG-500A Silver Conductive Ink is designed for screen printing in flex circuit, membrane switch, touch screens and other printed electronic applications.
